Zohreh,The purpose of this forum is for guests who have visited the hotel to share there experiences. You made a booking via Expedia and then called saying you couldn't find the hotel on the map and got lost. Both the mornings you were here I made the breakfast myself so I only wish you'd mentioned it to me during breakfast. I know the boiled eggs are served cold but we've been expanding our breakfast. We advertise a Continental Breakfast, but I've been very proud to now also offer hot omelets and sausages and waffles. Guests have generally loved the expanded spread. Now that we are emerging from COVID we offer complimentary daily housekeeping in all rooms, unless no service is requested. I reviewed the housekeeping sheet for the day of your stayover and our team noted a do not disturb sign on the door. Perhaps we miscommunicated or there was a misunderstanding. I'm terribly sorry. Our goal is to offer the highest levels of hands on attention to detail, and we seem to have dropped the ball here.
