Oakwood Worldwide, the company that owns this property, will have you sign their contract...even after you booked the apartment through Expedia. Next, they will delay your paperwork. Next, while you're in transit, but before you hit the door, they will overcharge your credit card (they hit me for $415.82 above the agreed price). Then, they will delay delivering the invoice to you, so that you're unaware of the theft until after your stay is finished. Once you attempt to have the overcharges refunded, Expedia disappears and Oakwood Worldwide will take you through a labyrinth of lies, aplogizing all the way but never refunding the full amount of the OVERCHARGE. Hence the word THEFT. Oakwood Worldwide will then claim that a clause in their contract allows them to charge you near $100 to run your credit card. And that's their trick.
