다시가고싶은곳!! 소음과는거리가 멀고 힐링하기에좋은곳!! 스텝들은친절했고 스노쿨링으로 니모를 보고 맹글로브 숲을 카약을 타고 즐기며 카약 위에서 오로라같은 노을을 만날 수 있고 저녁을먹으며 은하수를 볼 수 있는곳!! ———————- 호텔에 공항픽업서비스 이용(택시는비싸요!!) 조식은 그냥그랬음!! 공항에서 호텔까지 한시간정도소요!! 포장도로를달리다 15분내외로 길이 엄청 외지고 비포장임!! 걱정마세요!! 인터넷안된답니다 하지만내년에 송신탑이들어올예정이래요!!

Hi, Thank you for your kind review.. Yes indeed we are 70 km from the town proper of Coron. However we are already in the beach and natural surroundings , away from the noise and traffic of the town which are the things some guests look for.

This property is very isolated, so pack snacks and even some games. We stayed 4 nights, but 3 would’ve been more than enough. The snorkelling on Black Island was fantastic. We did a full day and half day. Felt a bit let down by payment options at the end. Could only pay by PayPal which is the most expensive way to settle a bill. To the management: Please establish a Wise account which is much cheaper for travellers and you. Also need to make sure guests know before staying about payment options (no credit card!).! Wifi was sporadic and we were without for more than a day which was pretty annoying. We were there in April ‘24 and very few guests around so limited on food options. It will be much better when they upgrade a/c to split system. We were stuck with reverse cycle and they really did not cope with the heat and are too noisy. Overall, a really beautiful and peaceful place to stay but limited in things to do and food options.

Thank you for your kind review. We took notes of your comments on the payment and the poor internet connection. We are now installing Starlink which will provide more reliable internet service, by doing that we should also be able to accept Credit Cards which is dependent on internet connection.

Our stay was excellent. But there are some things you should know before you visit. For example, you can only pay with PayPal for purchases once on property. The minibar is nicely stocked however they do not tell you that it is not complementary and the sign explaining that is incredibly small. There’s a beautiful beach that’s accessed by a beautiful ride through a mangrove forest. The beach at the facility is not very useful and there are a fair number of sandflies and biting insects. Their staff is amazingly attentive, polite, and wonderful. I cannot say enough about that. This resort is very secluded so make sure you have plenty of pesos as they do not take American at all.

We took note of your comments on the minibar sign, and we will remind guests that the stock is not Free (we also travel extensively and i have not seen any minibar in rooms that are free, so we took it for granted that guests would know).As we are in an island, we do prefer pesos for payment but we do accept USD and Euro if need be. Also , we accept Credit Card Payments but through Paypal. You can pay by credit card without a Paypal Account.Thanks.

we are a family of 5 from Los Angeles. the private resort feel is good. we almost had the resort all to ourselves for the most part. the private beach is good for swimming and kayaking. we did black sand beach tour on the 2nd day. food is good but we kind of got tired after eating in for 2days. we were craving snacks and something else and they don't have other options. we had to pay extra for everything including water. 3rd and 4th day we had to go to coron for island tour but we had to pay for van and endure 1.5 hrs one way and it was a lot. and we were happy to had something other than Filipino food. overall it was ok, staff courteous and they accommodated our request to eat on the dock/pier area but it was too far away from Coron/airport. if you don't plan to go anywhere else and you want privacy- this is it. but if you have plans in Coron, find something close.

Plan your trip before staying at this hotel. If your going down to coron i will took you 1:45-2hrs travel and you have to rent the van for 4,500 pesos thats around $90….

I was impressed with the resort even though it was far from everything. The rooms were nice and spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. It was very relaxing. The staff were all nice, polite and very accomodating.

It is like a hidden gem. So quiet in the resort. It is really good if you want to just relax and have a me time. The off side of it is that everything needs to be paid. From food to shuttle in and out of the resort since they don't have their own shuttle service.

La Estancia Busuanga is a beautiful place to stay if you're looking to disconnect (WiFi it available in the lobby) for a few days. The staff are amazing and will accommodate for any need. They have tours for island hopping available that leave from the property. We had a great time doing one of these! The drawback is that it is pretty far from the Busuanga airport (~1.5 hours) and Coron Town Proper (~1.75 hours) so if you're looking to go to popular places in Cotton like Kayangan Lake or Twin Lagoons, you'll need to prearrange that tour & pay a van fee to get there. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time!

Beautiful views, amazing to wake up to, rooms were great. However, staff and service were lacking. Nobody was every at the front desk, no wifi, and service was always slow (i.e. nobody was ever in a hurry). For the price of the place, I would say overpriced for the service you get.

Getting away from it all
The resort is meant to get away from it all. The main island hopping is in Coron. In this resort it is far for that and 3 hrs from Coron. I did island hoping then came here for rest. The calicut safari is close to this resort and the resort has a very nice island close by to do a day trip. Overall a very nice place. Rooms are very nice. No TV So if you have kids bring a laptop and some shows. I would stay again

It was very peaceful though there was some construction going on so not so quiet. Kayaking, bbq and fishing were fun. We had the beach all to ourselves but I found a baby towel and a cement bag buried in the sand. The staffs were very responsive and friendly and food was great! The water in the bathroom turned brown during the heavy rain. Shakespeare made our stay more enjoyable and Ate Auring was also very accommodating.

Das Resort war ein Traum. Abseits der Massen hatten wir ein paar wunderschöne, ruhige Tage mit tollen, privaten Ausflügen. Die Mitarbeiter waren toll und sehr herzlich, die gesamte Anlage mit viel Liebe angelegt. Einzige kleine Kritik: das Zimmer hätte ein wenig besser in Stand gehalten werden können.

It was so nice to really get away from busy scenes and just enjoy nature and still have modern amenities. Great views everywhere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Island hopping to Black Island and Dibutonay Island is a must. I would come back here. Hopefully, the private road to the resort would have completed by then😊

Spending 4 days in La Estancia was an amazing experience for us. Staff was so kind and helped us spend a wonderful stay. Small adjustments can be made to reach perfection. Thus we only had been informed that we can pay activities with PayPal on last day (cash only and incapacity to withdraw) They still don’t look for small alternative when they are out of stock (ex : no jam and no alternative on breakfast when they had honey). Last point, main food is industrial food with not high quality (chocolats liquid with low quality, fruit plat mono product, pork served had only fat and we had to sent it back to kitchen because it’s not eatable) But we will definitely come back to this paradise. We are so gratefull!

Hi, thank you for your review. We did not claim that we have Internet. We sent you an email before check-in saying that mobile signal is not stable on the island. Also, it is stated on our Expedia listing that we are 75kms away from the airport/Coron town.

Far away from civilization
La Estancia Hotel is a very well upkept property. The staff are very friendly, and accommodating. However, the hotel is much further from civilization then we expected, which makes it impossible to do many of the big tours. They do offer tours from La Estencia, but the prices are much higher and you see much less. A drive to the main town, Coron, is 4500 pesos and about 2hrs away, and that is where many of the tours leave from. If you enjoy getting out and walking amoungst shops and renting your own bike to scoot around this is definitely not the place for you. From this location you can walk for miles, and you will only see a handful of houses and with their spotty wifi it makes it impossible to make your own arrangements.

Perfect spot!
We absolutely loved our four days at La Estancia. Be sure to do the island tour to Black Island - one of our favorite beaches we have ever been to. The restaurant staff was very accommodating to us and our children and the barbecue on the mountain top at sunset was wonderful, except for the mosquitoes. If you are looking for a place that is more unique and off the beaten path, look no further. This place was awesome.

STUNNING OCEAN VIEW
This what you need to know prior to booking. 1. Take SkyJet, you can make your own reservation online. This was recommended to me, they’re always on time. Know that the rate of van transfer is not included. We paid 3,000 pesos=$57 US each way. Also it takes 1:45 min from the airport with 15 min of rough road. I 2. There’s no reliable WiFi, so if your working while on vacation this is not a suitable place. I was shocked too, had a withdrawal for one day😬 but once you take in the nature without distractions and your inner soul connected to nature you’ll feel more relaxed than the hustle of the city. Enjoy God’s creation, this is the perfect island without breaking your bank. 3. FOOD=there’s no other restaurant but their place since it’s far from town proper. BF-350 pesos=$7pp LUNCH-500 pesos= $9-10pp DINNER-650 pesos=$12-13pp *FYI- children 12 &below ½ price for all meals. They should improve though in their dinner options though. We were also brought all the way up the mountain on our last night to watch the sunset. You could also do stargazing. We had barbecue and marshmallow. The view is perfect.... you have to hike though going up for less than 10-15min? 4. EXCURSION-Island tour ranging from 2,500-4,500 pesos=$47-85 per day. 5. NIGHT LIFE.. nothing...only nature... get it🤔

superschöne location! wenn man alllerdings party sucht, dann ist coron besser. dafür wird man mit traumhafter landschaft und möglichkeiten für island hopping entschädigt. sehr freundliches personal.... man fühlt sich willkommen. achtung: kein wifi.... soll aber in zukunft noch kommen.

Lovely place for peace and rest. Away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is great and very accommodating.

This place is not to be missed. Make sure you get an airport or boat transfer and stop at the supermarket on your way. It has beautiful surroundings, loving care takers who went above and beyond for us! Make sure you take the Black Island tour. You can actually see the island from the resort. This place is off the tourist track and a true hidden gem!

Di not book this hotel its overpriced
My stay was utterly and complete dissapointment 1. Meals are overpriced, I would be ok with the price if they serve us good food unfortunately it was not, the calamares they served us is like rubber, the soup is too bland or salty, the breakfast was a disaster they take too long to refill the food. 2. They only have island hoping for their activity and it only includes 2 islands if you want to go to the other island there will be an extra charge again its to expensive. 3. The room they gave us was horrible the aircon takes too long to make the room cool and our room view was the worst, look out the window what do you see is trees and leaves scattered when i booked this hotel i was guaranteed a good view of the beach, unfortunately i got the no view at all, i asked if they can move us in another room again there will be an extra charge. I was really upset about everything so we ended up checking out a day early. The only good thing about this place is, its quiet and serene other than that its a complete dissapointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place if they want to do the island tours for it is too far from the city. Oh and the pictures they show on the websites i think they are edited to look good specially their rooms. I give this place a thumbs down all they want from you is your money.

Thank you for your comments and we are sorry we did not meet your expectations. However let us remark a bit on your comments: 1) room- this room specifies it is pool view. Our cheapest room. It was never claimed that this has a beach view. All the beach fronting rooms are more expensive rooms and therefore naturally if guests will want to be relocated we will adjust the charges accordingly. 2) Island Tours- the price for island tours is based on boat hire and entrance fees of the sites. We charge lower than the tariff set by the Busuanga tourism office for the boats, and we do not add to the charges for entrance fees. We consider the tours as services and therefore do not profit from them. We even give the use of the Kayak, masks and snorkels and towels free. Also guests can go to as many sites they want, but of course as charges are based on the distance traveled and entrance fees, the price will be higher as you go to more places. Our rates are based on private hire of the boat which can carry as much as 10 guests. If there are other guests wanting to share the boat hire, the charges are dropped significantly as the boat hire is split to more people. 3) Food- we can not comment here as all people have their own taste and opinion on what they like or do not like. As for being over priced, our price is PHP1,500 for the 3 buffet meals with 5-6 main dishes each per day per person. That is far from being expensive unless you are comparing us to a fast food price. Please note we are in the island where inputs are more expensive than in the city. Meals are served in different venues to allow the guest to enjoy the "al-fresco" surroundings. This means though we need to have more service crew than if we just serve at the restaurant.

Bevor man diese Reise antritt, muss man sich über ein paar Sachen Gedanken machen. Wer einfach nur ein paar Tage abschalten möchte, ist in diesem Hotel genau richtig. Wer aber etwas erleben und auch mal einkaufen gehen möchte, ist dort an der falschen Stelle. Das Hotel ist total abhelfen und überrascht mit überteuerten Preisen. Wichtig: Das Essen ist für philippinische Verhältnisse sehr teuer, dafür aber extrem schlecht - kalt, ungewürzt und auch geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Es wäre also angebracht, sich etwas mitzunehmen (Essen und Trinken). Ihr müsst auch daran denken, ausreichend Bargeld einzustecken. Einen Geldautomaten gibt es in der Nähe nicht. Und ja, WLAN ist nur sehr begrenzt auf dem Berg verfügbar. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr sauber und auch nett aufgebaut.

Exceeded all expectations and was a real treat.
A fantastic place to get away from it all with great natural surroundings and island hopping options. Excellent food at a family run resort full of character. A little slice of paradise.
