power was out
The day when we stayed on July 20th, the power was out. Room light was on, yet we can not use swimming pool and cannot watch TV. They should suppliment in some other way, like providing free breakfast. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

The mattress need replacing. Good thing only there for 1 night. Back was so sore.

The hotel is clean, rooms were spacious but Pillows were really bad, soft and old Hard to fall asleep. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom that was very inconvenient and became smelly in the room.

Very nice hotel, great restaurant and SOME proactive employees. However, the hallways were freezing cold and there was a mixup with my room, my key, maid service and a not very kind employee dealing with the room cleaning problem. The bar and breakfast area has incredibly nice and helpful people.

Aside from the temperature of the place being quite chilly even when we had the heater turned on fully, the place was quite nice!

I liked that it was a short distance from the office. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I especially liked that there was a microwave oven in the room.

Chill Night In
Came to get some work done and relax — so the jacuzzi was great! All staff I encountered we super nice and very friendly. Room was good -- pillows were too soft, bed was comfy though. Also, it was really nice to have a decent-sized mini fridge. The USB charger by the bed was helpful, as I only had a cord on me. The hotel is much closer to the highway than expected, so if your room is facing the QEW and are a light sleeper bring earplugs. The hotel overall was pretty quiet, but if people were talking in the hallway you could hear everything. Will definitely come back here and bring my own pillow!

Second stay here and I love it! The staff is awesome. In a world where customer service seems to be declining, this hotel definitely shows up! Restaurant food is good too. So if you’re too tired to go somewhere, it’s a great option! Highly recommend.

Everything was great i specifically booked this room for the jetted bathtub but in the middle of the night when i tried it doesn't work so i was upset hope somebody read it and fix it and i hope on my next stay it would be fixed rest all was perfect !

Super Accomodating!
My sister and I were staying at the Hilton for a friends wedding, and due to the timing of everything needed earlier check in in order to make it on time. The front desk was able to accomodate this eventhough I called day of and let us check in even earlier than we originally requested. Great customer service, would stay here again!

The property is not as clean as as few years ago when I stayed here.it does need some work. It is over priced. Breakfast not included anymore. It is just an average hotel here nothing special.

Ontario in Fall Colors
From the time we arrived Sat pm until the following Sat we had a very comfortable time in Burlington. We were able to locate centrally between TO, Hamilton, Brantford and Fergus to see friends and family.

The property had a fair amount of garbage on it and the garbage cans were overflowing with beer cans from a party held on the Friday night in the courtyard that was very loud. The staff on Friday night questioned me when I asked for another blanket instead saying no problem will bring you one shortly. Other than that the stay was reasonable. If you’re looking for a party hotel this is one the for you!
