New and clean business class hotel with friendly staff who accommodated to our needs to make our stay a pleasant one.

Average hotel in a central location for shopping
Hotel is on the 5th floor of an office building. No room service or restaurants. Was noisy at 1-3am as tiling works were being done at the BBQ restaurant upstairs. We made complaints however nothing happened. Guess this is just the inconsiderate nature of people in India, so not really the hotels fault. If you just need an average room close to shopping centres, this is perfect. There is no room service, no fridge in the rooms (but the staff did put drinks in their fridge for us), no iron.. the breakfast is good, however not much variety. Staff were friendly. Wifi is free, but you need to get a password everyday and the connection is enough to get you by, but not great. We had quiet a bit of mosquitoes in our room, to the point where we bought our own fly spray. I'd say this is a 3 star hotel.

Pleasantly surprised, nice location, close to all facilities, staff were very obliging, had a family with kids, not very kids friendly as there was nothing for them to do , no (pool, pool table,table tennis, nothing. I would go back there and would recommend this hotel to friends.

Very central and close to all amenities.
The staff were very attentive and helpful always. In fact nothing was too difficult for them and advice was given both ways.

positives: Good location, room and bathroom is clean scope for improvement: check in process is slow, WiFi is slow, mosquitoes in the property, no room service beyond 10 pm and before 8 am

Close to shops and central. Food is ok.
Helpful staff. Accommodated our last minute request for transport to airport and helped with the currency breakup issues.

Relaxing overnight stay at Imperial Regency
Clean and well run business hotel. Service from staff was excellent. They proved very helpful with arranging our onward journey. Take the opportunity to eat at the Barbecue restaurant one floor up.

good for 1 night
rather meh stay here. We booked 2 nights as a quick stopover before heading out into the rest of Kerela. Room size was HUGE (big plus) bathroom was even bigger. Room was relatively clean and covered your basics. Downside: - lousy wifi. On the second day it was virtually unusable. - very limited breakfast. eggs on request, cereal, juice, coffee/tea, 1 curry & some bland fruit. Plus side: There is must-eat venue above the hotel (6th floor) called Barbecue Nation - great food with a great table-top grille concept!
