Not recommend
This hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel is completely run down and the room was awful. Not very clean and Items like drawers need to be fixed. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Only reason I didn’t cancel after getting here is that I already prepaid:( Also after leaving and coming back there was barely any parking spaces due to pub parking is the same parking lot As the hotel.

This s one of the most disgusting hotels that I have ever stayed at. The AC was not plugged in and when we plugged it in and turned it on it omitted a very nasty smell.

Have stayed a few times before with no problems this time the young girl at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly the room was nice wasnt all that clean though there was dirty towels in the bathroom and snack wrappers on the floor of the room itself. Was very disapointed

I have stayed here on 2 occasions. The first time there was a storm and the carpet inside the room somehow got wet from the rain water. The 2nd time there were someone else’s dirty clothes on the floor still. The rooms could definitely use some TLC.

First of all the room i was put in had no air and looked like it had blood or fecal matter on the walls. After sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes, they moved me to another room. There was no air on and the room was sweltering. I came back to the room two hours later to find it comfortable. Problem then was the toliet i had to manually flush by taking off the top and work the lever. When i told them about it, i was told "that happens". Nobody could enter the lobby, it was a play area for two large siberian huskies, with toys strewn about. And there were unsavory characters lurking in the parking lot. It was not uncommon for nightly arguments between drunken patrons at the bar.that ended up in the parking lot either. As for No Smoking, the common area was near where I stayed. The smell often drifted into my room. I worried about my safety and always hurried into my room, the security lock was partially busted off the door which was of a concern. I surely hope Expedia removes this hotel from their listings. I will think long and harx before using Expedia again.

The front desk people were cooperative, there 2 huskies were adorable. Everything else was disappointing to the point I had to ask for my first refund ever.

Ran down pub and has no ice machines, bed bugs and roaches, stay away. Local tweakers stay there as well.

This appears to be a residential hotel, which I don’t believe it was a year ago. Our neighbor in the room next door was verbally very loud and sounded angry at different times during the night which made it difficult to get to sleep.

trainee checked me in took too long , room smelled terrible, smoke detector was torn apart with wires hanging out, phone did not work..this property had long term renters who were up to no good my car got vandalized overnite. AVOID THIS PROPERTY...i am shocked that Expedia even lists this property

The heater knob was missing & when we finally got it to turn on it only blew out cold air. The floor was ice cold as was the room & we had to unplug the unit to shut it off. We shivered all night with only a thin blanket & no heat. The parking lot is a road hazard. The room was not cheap to book but should have been.

Parking was a nightmare. There is a busy bar attached to it that had blasting music late when I arrived. Went into lobby to be checked in and waited due to the fact there was a couple ahead of me who were leaving because when they tried to go to their room there was already a man sleeping in their bed. Seems like they had booking issues and were very disorganized. Went to check in and the girl at the front although pleasant, lacked any sort of professionalism or customer service. Might have been a rough night for her but now excuse to not give good customer service. Upon giving my name I was told there was no reservation. Showed her my reservation and proof of payment only to have her call someone on the phone were I was addressed as “some girl” instead of hotel guest. Anyways, the person on the phone said he didn’t see anything and there was nothing she could do to Accommodate me. She also said that I had called just a few minutes prior and had canceled my reservation because I was an hour away. I said well that wasn’t me and that should be obvious since I am right in front of you. Needless to say I left very annoyed. They need more training and proper organization. Probably a secret blessing that my reservation did get messed up.

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed, So dirty! The room was so gross! Bathroom smelled of strong urine, I couldn’t find where it was coming from, it was almost like it was drenched in it.

We found bed bugs! Non smoking room smelled like smoke and blankets actually had cigarette burns in them.

I was there for 2 days no maid service. They have a bar on property they don't tell you about. If you are not in a parking spot by 9 pm you have a long way to walk. They let bar customers take guest parking spaces. The bar people are loud in t the parking area until 2 am.

Positives: Cool AC, clean room, comfortable bed. Scenic lake is walking distance. Price unbeatable. Negatives: Bathroom door and some fixture in the room need repair. A couple of bugs in the bathroom, probably came inside when room door opened. No phone inside, had to ask for bath towels from not so friendly front desk. Didn't like the door opening very close to the parking lot, but this is how these inns are made.

Patio door was not locked on entering. Drape on patio door could not be closed. Maintenance man repaired so it stayed closed the entire stay. 2x1 cm black bug in corner of ceiling. Maintenance man mashed bug. 3 cm of insides dripped down. Bug (roach?) arrived at base of water bottle on night stand. No changing of towels during entire stay.

Basically pitiful, dirty run down facility. Had to daily ask for house keeping and go to front desk for towels. Never again

The front desk lady that was originally from London was very sweet and understanding. She was also extremely apologetic of the circumstances. The hotel though was horrific all the heavy cop presence on arrival. The lobby had no air conditioning horrible working conditions. The cleanliness of the room and hotel in general were horrible. I would not recommend to anyone unless trash is your thing.

It is a dump. We could not make it from the parking lot to the lobby to check in because of a fight about a gun that was later found by the cop who blocked us in and we could not get out... Bad, bad, bad place...

The place was run down and out dated. There was dried blood on the sheets of one of the beds, no toilet paper, old animal crackers on the closet shelf and the paint job in the bathroom was terrible. At 1 am the cops came to break up a very loud, fight outside which terrified my daughter. We couldn’t get out of there soon enough. We only stayed there because we couldn’t find anything else available down the road.

Online says they are pet friendly and accept cats and dogs. We got there and they do not accept cats. The woman at the counter went ahead and let us stay with our cat because it was the middle of the night and we had been driving for a long time. If we had known that it was no cats we would have gone elsewhere. Also the parking lot is extremely small which makes parking a moving truck in the parking lot almost impossible.

Not even a toilet paper holder. Police were frisking a man in parking lot. Smelly, and overall rundown, and dirty. Sheets did look clean though.
