room was nice and clean,but had no bath towels. was just an oversight and was corrected as soon as I called. breakfast was not as good . had no fresh fruit at all, poor selection of pastries.But was still overall OK

The staff and condition of the hotel were great. The location although conveniently located close to the highway, did not offer much in regards to close dining unless you wanted to eat fast food.

Dona is a fantastic manager. She was on it every time something was needed. I would say that the housekeeping service should be a little more regular than after every 3rd night. Trash builds up, certain items need to be replenished (coffee/towels, etc.). Guests really don’t like to remember to call for these things - especially when the housekeeping service seems to not be available after 3pm. Otherwise, great place! Clean, great breakfast, great pool/spa!

Due to traveling, we arrived close to midnight but I was told to wait in the car because the room wasn't ready. At MIDNIGHT. I came back and saw the people walking with sheets like they just ran into a room and quickly changed them. The next morning, there was no shampoo in the bathroom and when my husband mentioned to the front desk, the lady all but rolled her eyes and gave her the little travel size ones, never saying anything else. Later, he also asked for towels for the pool and the lady was passive aggressive and irritated and told him he could only have 2 because everyone decided to use the pool at the same time. Were we supposed to apologize for using their amenities? If you're in a room on the bottom floor you can hear every movement, step and mattress creak from the floor above. Will never stay at this place again.

Staff was super friendly. We had one small issue where our TV didn't work but the guy at front desk came and fixed it right away. Was so kind. It really was a great stay. Breakfast was great and the kids had fun at the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

The property it self was definitely unsanitary and I could hear mice in the walls and see the stains where whatever was living in the wall was urinating. I heard everything from the rooms next to me, upstairs, and in the hallway. There was a lingering smell in the hallway that lingered in the room. The staff were okay, but when we explained that there were mice in the walls they just said that’s what comes with the season as if it was normal.

This is very interesting review. Unsanitary, mice in the walls, wall stains, lingering smell and what not. We checked the room after you checked it was full of trash, bad smell and stained linen. This speaks of how serious we should take your observations.

This Comfort Inn was better than some "higher end" Hiltons I've stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was so clean. The amenities were perfect. My only complaint, I was horrified to walk in the restroom and see the toilet paper turned backwards! Lol Seriously, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel highly. Great location too!

The air conditioning in our room was broken and front desk said “sorry”… nothing was done about it for our entire stay. Overall room felt grimey. Security cameras do not work at this hotel! We asked about something in the parking lot and were told “sorry, call the police if you have a problem because our cameras are not working”. Add unsafe to the list.

When we got to our room the bathroom was not clean everything in the room was beat up holes in the curtains the glass was broken in our window. It you touched the glass it could have cut you since it was so broken. It was not what I expected with a comfort inn.

It’s a good safe place . It was clean. The breakfast was good. But if you’re looking for fancy this is not it. But a good place to stay that is on a budget this is a good option.

The guy at the desk when checking in was not polite. I had reserved disabilities accessible room. Upon arrival he looked at us said why do you need this room, legally i dont have to tell him why i reserved that room. He then said you dont need a accessibility room and changed the room without giving me say.. very rude and illegal! He gave me a room that was smaller then what was paid for,and in poor condition! Walking around the property it was dirty, lots of damages! Our room had major issues with flooring and the floor was squishy in spots! Unfortunately had to say for the night but would strongly recommend finding elsewhere!

1. The receptionist: A. spoke my room number out loud when he handed me my room key. B. Had to go back and ask for the internet code. C. When back again for another room key, only gave one for two people, and he was asleep and snoring in a chair. 2. The four pillows were only 14”by14”, not standard size, nor king size for a king size bed. 3. The shower water power was extremely weak. 4. The shower drain was clogged and draining poorly.

The staff were uninterested in helping and solving our problems with vending machines and room necessities, the trimming and baseboards were poorly finished exposing cavities and cold air, the doors to the coat dresser were off the tracks and wouldn’t move, and after having provided only four small decorative pillows, the staff were not willing to provide more. The breakfast was cheap and barely edible, and all in all the experience was poor.

There was construction at the front doors and signs said use side doors. All the side doors were locked! Had to call the hotel to get let in to check in. The staff is rude and acted put out that they had to come open the door. Rooms were descent for the money. The breakfast was terrible! One of the staff members sits and stares at everyone the whole time you eat and made it very uncomfortable.

Awful- broken bed, pool, water turned off etc…
Pro- the staff was nice… Con-everything else -entrance closed all side entrances open with no keycards, area not great, -bed was broken, or just installed by an ignorant individual. King on 2 little bases with no support -switched rooms and it was next to the laundry which ran all night -no modern thermostat -water got turned off in the morning by the city to fix the pool -my kiddo was obviously excited about the swimming pool saying swimming pool! And grinning and laughing excitedly and no mention was made of it being out of service- He’s autistic and not being told the pool was out of service was just rude anyway. -not very clean Just go to the crystal inn or any other hotel, same price and they are 100x nicer

The key card goes bad when you keep them close to electronic devices. The pool is a technical thing can go bad any time, but we are sorry it happened during your stay.We ae sorry about your bad experience.
