This hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. Roomy space and bathroom, quiet (off season) housekeeping everyday, clean, very relaxing, walking distance to downtown edgartown and lighthouse. Also very affordable in the off season - April. We would definitely stay again!

My stay was disappointing. I was given a room with an ant infestation. I set a closed bottle of juice on my nightstand and five minutes later it was covered in ants. There were no others rooms available. I had to go to sleep concerned about ants crawling on me. I reported incident and no one from the hotel followed up with me. O think some entered my room the next day without out my permission and sprayed bug spray on the nightstand which was not ideal as I have an allergy to it. The property was not secure. An exterior door was left open very late at night. It lead to a restaurant park way. Anyone that walked through the restaurant would have their run of the hotel. It likely contributed to the big issue too. quite disappointing considering the room totaled almost $1000 with fees and taxes for one night. Would not stay again.

Room is spacious, bathroom is large. Very comfortable accommodation for the price. Comparing to the hotels in the center of Edgertown, Edger hotel provides better value and more modern setting. It does not have a pool. It does have onsite parking. There are no elevator to the 2nd floor. This is the only negative aspect. Otherwise it is my best experience so far on MV.

Abree at the front desk was so amazing and accommodating after Expedia didn’t send our reservation through to the hotel. Her communication and customer service to help us resolve our problem was amazing. The property was clean and very convenient to town.

I booked two rooms through Expedia however the reservation was not transferred to the hotel. Because the rooms that I booked were not not available, I was upgraded to a private suite which was very nice. Staff went above and beyond. Thank you.

This property is located in a lovely neighborhood and is within walking distance to Stop and Shop and DQ ice cream. The hotel is peaceful during May. The carpets could benefit from either a replacement or a thorough cleaning, but the beds and sheets are of high quality. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, and safe.

Would Definitely Return
Nice hotel in a good location. Short walk from routes 1 & 13 transit stop. Grocery store and restaurant next door. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Check in was very easy and front desk employee was helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work in the room which made it stuffy at night. Other than that, no complaints.

Good hotel
Hotel is fine and room ok. The bed frame sticks well out from mattress so you tend to kick it now and again. Didn’t have much interaction with staff as we went out a side door as nearer our car. Good location and surrounded by good shops for supplies. Would stay again

Nice stay
Nice clean room. Ac and heater controls in room. Comfort bed and pillows. TV worked. Clean restroom and towels. No extras...but didn’t need them. Close to everything.

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown Edgartown (1/2 mile). The Town restaurant/pub on site was great too.

Struggled to get in front door with cane, step and heavy glass door. No assistance offered. Then she gave mea second floor room with no elevator. Then the room had no heat and she said there were no spare blankets. A room change came with very noisy heat fan that rattled and could not be turned off. Not so great an experience.

Located next to Stop and Go with a great bar with food next door. Long walk to old Edgartown. AC/heating runs constantly. Air filter needs cleaning. Black residue from air handling on ceiling. Few electrical outlets in room for charging phone, iPad, etc. Bed lamp plug dead. Beds comfortable.

In terms of proximity to Edgartown Harbor and the beaches, you will not find a more centralized location. If I had a critique to make it would be the offering of more amenities. With that being said, the room was great and the staff at the front desk are supurb.
