방음 외에는 모두 만족
매우 좋은 지역 및 위치, 접근성 등에 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 청소 상태 또한 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 온수 잘 나오고 수압도 매우 만족. 방은 조금 노후 된 듯하고 방음이 잘 되지 않는 것이 가장 단점이었습니다.

깔끔하고 좋은 위치
역과도 가깝고 해변과도 가깝습니다. 근처 레스토랑을 이용하기에도 매우 좋습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 조금 작기는 하지만 야외수영장도 이용할 수 있습니다.

가성비 좋은 호텔
프런트 직원이 매우 친절하였으며, 위치도 좋고 청결도는 최상이었음. 깨끗한 수영장이 있었고 건물 로 둘러싸인 내부 조경이 예뻤음. 조식은 평균 정도였음. 특이하게도 잼이 없었고 소금통이 하나 밖에 없어서 불편하였음.

When I stay in Sitges, this is always the hotel I stay at. This time it was the first time I have stayed there in January. So did not use the pool, but I normally do. This hotel has really friendly staff, it is always clean, and has one of the best breakfasts in town. Would highly recommend this place.

Buen hotel y muy centrico
El hotel esta en pleno centro y muy cerca de la playa, habitaciones básicas , pero limpias, trato amable, gel y champu en el baño, pero no cepillo o pasta de dientes por otro lado normal en un 3 estrellas, piscina muy limpia aunque no era epoca de baño, en el hall hay una maquina de café y agua, el café no es gratuito vale 2 euros, leer el cartel por que la señorita de recepcion ha sido un poco desagradable diciendo que si que habia que leer antes de echar las monedas (tiene razon pero hay maneras de decir las cosas) la capsula te la tienen que dar en recepcion antes de echar el dinero, el agua si es gratis, desayuno excepcional y personal de cafeteria muy agradable, hay de todo en el desayuno.

A pleasure to stay again
A great stay at the Medium Sitges Park as always the staff as so welcoming, friendly and polite(Julia on breakfast service is a star). The buffet breakfast is extensive with all tastes catered for. The hotel smart and clean and comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed and any issues dealt with immediately. It’s location in the centre of town is excellent

Très déçue
Personnel accueil tout juste ok sauf pire l'homme pas agréable du tout , personnel au petit déjeuner toujours souriant et agréable. Grande chambre mais pas insonorisée du tout. Snack et boissons ds la chambre excessivement cher 3 à 4 fois + cher qu'au mercadona à 5mn à pied. Bizarre l'emplacement de la piscine ,qui est plutôt un grand bassin,dans le passage pour accéder aux chambres et sans protection autour.J'imagine l'été la cohabitation entre ceux qui prennent un bain de soleil et ceux qui partent ou arrivent avec leur valises , ça donne pas envie , sans oublier le vis à vis direct avec salle petit déjeûner !!!

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Very noisy you can hear everything outside and inside. Housekeeping comes way too early and is disruptive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room, 111 is very small and very noisy. If you have any mobility issues you should consider another property. There is a small elevator but it doesn't go to all levels. Great location.

I thought this place was great! It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the train station, close to restaurants and shops, and the room was clean and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was very good, lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Sitges hotel in perfect location
Excellent location, lovely staff and amazing generous. complimentary breakfast. Our only issue were the paper thin walls between bedrooms which allowed voices from any of the bedrooms or hallway seem like they were actually in our room, not outside of it. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable and we would return.

Medium Hotel - the name says it all
OK it’s mid-October, but if a hotel is still accepting guests it needs to appreciate that they arrive with an expectation of a normal standard of “ 3-star holiday hotel service”. Especially if the same facilities are marketed all year round on booking portals. I have stayed several times at this hotel, and always been pleased. Hence my repeat visit. But never again. Hotel Medium Park Sitges - you really need to get your act together. The hotel is clearly under-occupied, yet they stuff you into the smallest cupboard of a room imaginable, and next to what must surely be the oldest and loudest lift in the world. I could swear it was going to come through the wall at 3am each morning when the late night revellers staggered home. And then there is the non-existent sound-proofing. Good heavens, are the walls made of paper? It would cost them absolutely nothing to upgrade guests (especially repeat guests) into a slightly more comfortable space. And take a look at the photo of the pool bar. It would be hard to find something more sad and depressing. No drinks, no staff, no pool towels, no snacks, nothing - nada! This place had reached a new low in customer service. Now I don’t expect 5-star service or facilities from a 3-star hotel, but I do expect a minimum level of service which does not seemingly seek to actively inconvenience guests. I am quite sure that these issues will not trouble some guests who will find the good location of the hotel a reason to return. I will not return.

Great choice for staying in Sitges
Hotel Medium was excellent, I loved the location and all of the amenities offered. The building was beautiful, the staff was helpful, and I the room was clean and cozy. Literally the only thing I can think of to complain about was that the shower only had half of a glass wall, so the bathroom floor would get a bit wet when showering. Other than that, great spot! :)

The medium hotel is always well maintained. I stayed here in the past as well. I come back because the property is consistently clean, and the staff is professional and considerate. Overall accommodations are also excellent.
