The room was spacious, breakfast decent. The pullout sofa bed was uncomfortable as per my son but the worst issue was the room faced a railway junction and every 1-2 hr a train passes blaring the horn throught the night.The room only had single paned windows. So between the pullout bed and the noise from the train my son barely slept and he had an important test the next day that is the reason we stayed in the hotel, thankfully he did fine.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. A/C was quiet and worked great. Place was pretty quiet overall. Housekeeping was terrible. Our room didn't start off with enough towels. Only had 2 coffee pods. Had to go get them from front desk. After the first night, housekeeping came in and only emptied the garbage cans. Beds were not touched, shower was not cleaned. No coffee pods were left and again not enough towels. Dirty coffee cups from the day before were not even taken off the counter and thrown away. Didn't even remove used dirty towels from the floor. No vacuuming. Hallways could use vacuuming too. I don't know what they train the staff to do, but apparently it's just to say they got the room done in 2 minutes.

My check in was a bit stressful it was my first time getitng my own hotel. The lady wasnt so helpful in chrcking me in i bleive melisa was her name. She wasnt so friendly a little rude wasnt very helpful for questions. Luckily another recpetionist jasmin realy realy helpful very nice friendly answered all my questions to her best.
