Lo mejor de este hotel la ubicación, recomiendo no dejar objetos de valor ni tarjetas bancarias. WiFi no funciona, tampoco la tv, papelera del baño rota, poco papel higiénico, toallas no habían cuando llegamos (estaban en lavandería), las habitaciones huelen a humedad, sábanas manchadas, el desayuno repetitivo y un única opción (desayuno típico colombiano, arepa, huevo, pan, frijoles y salchichas) todos los días!

This hotel is very cozy and well located closed to everything. The hotel is antique so the rooms tend to have a strong “old” smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh made and delicious.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel which is located on a street near good Itallian restaurants and a Peruvian restaurant. The breakfast was also good and made omelettes upon request!

No me gusto nada!! El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero es muy viejo y descuidado... aire acondicionado antiguo no se podía regular la temperatura tuvimos que apagarlo. La cama y muebles muy viejos, no había colcha ni nada para el frío, el internet era muy lento. Desayuno fatal y nos atendieron muy mal a la hora del desayuno. No lo recomendaría, por ese precio puedes conseguir algo mucho mejor y más moderno!!

It was overall a really nice visit and great for the price . Breakfast was ok but they where willing to cook fresh items . The room I ordered was unavailable but the hotel did everything they could to accommodate me . Overall really good for the price . I would return

The room that was assigned to us was very old and smell bad. We had to talk with the manager asking for another room. It was not fair to have paid a high price for a horrible room just for one night.

Great staff, super friendly. Very helpful and the room and facilities are clean and well kept. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the shower, water isn’t hot and the kept getting clogged. Breakfast was also great.

An average place with a great staff!
Was my first trip to Cartagena and Colomia. I booked this hotel online. In all my travel, it is confirmed that you get what you pay for (or don’t pay for). Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. The team goes above and beyond to help the customer. Also has a great breakfast spread. ideal location to Walled City and easy to get to the ariport. Cons: Hotel is very average. It requires a lot of maintenance. The rooms felt straight out another era, but not in a good way. The lighting was dim, there was a strange odor permeating through the corridor and the room. The furnitures and fixtures did’t feel like it had been cleaned in ages. I think they just need to be replaced. For me the challenge compounded when the AC in my room started making some real loud noise. The hotel staff were helpful in getting me to a different room so I could get some sleep. But it was very painful to go through that in the middle of the night. Finally, the hot water was practically non-existant. I ended up taking a shower in near cold water. Also the WiFi was very weak. The signal was better if I was in a certain part of the hotel or the room. Otherwise, even a simple access to Google.com would take minutes to load, or crash.

Bueno,cómodo y céntrico.
Es la 2da.vez que me alojo en este hotel. Es muy bonito,limpio a dos cuadras de la playa. Por la noche es muy tranquilo y el desayuno es muy bueno,también la atención del personal. Tiene un restaurante donde se come muy bién. A la vuelta tiene un banco,una feria enorme de artesanías muy económica y también un shopping y un casino. Y a la zona amurallada podés llegar con cualquier transporte barato en 10 minutos. Excelente,volveré. Lo recomiendo.

Nice hotel with rooftop jacuzi
I stayed 2 nights here. Great location - a 5 minute walk from the beach. There was a rooftop jacuzi with hammocks. The breakfast was a buffet, but you also had a choice of eggs - scrambled, omlette etc., I thought it offered excellent value. Very welcoming and extremely helpful staff.

Charming
This is quite a nice little hotel with a great Italian restaurant. The included breakfast was excellent. The rooms were a bit on the small side perhaps, as noted by other reviewers, but in this price range hard to find better anyway. Room size was adequate. Location is good. The hotel's artwork and antiques add to its appeal.

En general la estadía fue placentera. Pero hace falta tener claridad en la tarifa, ya que en hoteles.com dice con impuestos incluidos pero en el hotel cobran en Iva adicional a la tarifa reservada.

Central location, but that's about all...
I had to endure a very convoluted process just to cancel my reservation. The room that I booked was nothing like i imagined. The hotel canceled 5/6 of the nights left on my reservation, but getting that done was like pulling teeth.

A decent hotel in the tourist area
The hotel is located in Bocagrande, the tourist district in Cartagena. However, the WiFi connection is really poor in some areas of the hotel. The jacuzzi closes extremely early. Finally, communication between the staff is really poor. As is often said, "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing."

Hotel San Pietro
The staff was very friendly and spoke decent English. So if I needed help with anything the language barrier was not an issue. They provide transportation to and from the hotel witch was helpful. A/C and Wi-Fi worked great. The hotel is located 2 blocks from beach and there are many places to eat near bye. I would recommend it to family and friends. They have a pretty good restaurant down stairs too.

Recomendo - muito atenciosos
O hotel está muito bem localizado no centro de Bocagrande e a 2 quadras da praia. Para quem quer ir para a cidade amuralhada e centro histórico é melhor ir de taxi porque o bairro de Bocagrande não é muito proximo. Para quem quer o melhor da noite de Cartagena esse é o lugar certo com muitas opções de lojas e restaurantes. O hotel possui quarto amplo e conta com uma cama king excelente. O hotel possui no terraço 3 jacuzzis disponibilizadas aos hospedes além de diversas espreguiçadeiras e redes em um pergoladao. Simplesmente adoramos e fomos diversas vezes. Possui bom café da manhã servido em um pátio interno e que disponibiliza frutas e sucos além de algumas opções de pães, o que não é comum na Colombia. O hotel oferece toalhas para quem vai à praia. Ao entrarmos no quarto notamos que o ar condicionado não estava gelando como esperávamos. Reclamei com o pessoal da recepção e prontamente mandaram alguem da manutenção. O funcionário analisou e disse que era assim mesmo mas de qualquer maneira que testássemos e ele voltaria para ver se estavamos satisfeitos, sendo que ele voltou após 1 hora para saber se estava bem e ainda a recepção também ligou para saber. Gostei da atenção do pessoal. Recomendo e voltaria à esse hotel sem dúvida.
