Thanks for your feedback, you stay at our property over the weekend and sometime whatever you see is not the reality, even if you seen none of the trucks during your stay that doesn't mean rooms were empty. Most of our customers are from Oil field and they went to their homes over the weekend they have their stuff in the room so it's impossible to give you something which is already occupied. Our first priority is to give the first floor to our guests. Secondly, we have fixed time for the front desk and lobby. If someone was there who gave you his service after hours that is something beyond his duty and favor he was giving it to you. I hope now you will understand the circumstances which looks normally to you but it was not what you assume.
