I reserved a room with a king bed and after checking in and going up to the room, we assumed there was a mix-up. The room had two double beds. We went to the front desk and showed them the reservation. The response from the girl at the front desk was, "You don't like the room?" After explaining that we want the room that was advertised, and waiting for her to arrange everything, we were sent up to another room. Still no king bed and no adjustment in price was given. The room was filthy and there was hole in the wall that looked directly into the bathroom of the room next to ours.
