Horrible but friendly staff
The comforter had something red and hard on it. The trash can was dirty with no bag. The refrigerator didnt work and was moldy. The microwave was old and dirty on the inside. The sheets were full of lint and hair.

Terrible!! Dirty and disgusting!
I have stayed at many budget friendly places in several countries and this is by far the most uncleanly place I have ever seen!!! Some hairs and some stains on the linens are to be expected but this was unacceptable. Dirty & dusty. Lots of hair! Mold on the shower certain and in the heater/air conditioner. The place needs a major deep clean!

Representative called us as we had not arrived at the property on the evening of our check in date. Explained we were running late due to snow storm which they insisted on getting an arrival time from us, which shouldn't matter as they advertise 24/7 front desk, (this is one of the reasons we booked here). I advised that we should arrive around 11pm, which the rep said if no one is there, call the number on the door. As we pull up a little after expected, we see 3 police officers interacting with occupants ultimately arresting one of them that looked like she was definitely on drugs. We also see the office is closed and call the number listed on the door which no one answered as well as called the number that the rep called from and also no answer. The following day I see that they charged me for no show which i called them again but no answer as well as reached out to Expedia who also reached out to them with no response as well so I ultimately disputed the charge (sorry Expedia if this hits you Expedia but I tried) They need to either update their front desk hours or make sure someone is there as stated so people don't arrive in the middle of the night and end up paying triple the amount for one night at another location as I did.

We ended up not staying in the room because there was black mold on the shower curtains, and we were all coughing within 15 minutes of entering the room. Would not recommend this hotel.

Motel was clean, but in need of updates in bathrom. A very good value for the money rather than the high priced chains. Supposed to have a free breakfast and at least coffee which were not available. Office was locked at 7:30 a.m. so no morning coffee.

The Orbitz ad clearly stated a breakfast was provided. I made my non-refundable payment...and there is no breakfast. Also Wifi doesn't work. And the front desk charged me a $50 incidental fee, to be refunded if there is no room damage; also another payment for the room charge. I will be watching my credit card charges.

Do not stay here so bad!
To start I didn’t expect the Radisson but did not expect just how bad it was. So frustrated we ended up packing the car back up within 5 minutes of being in the room. Was traveling with my daughter and three granddaughters on a girls trip and was checking in late and planning to check out early so just needed beds. To start the room reeked but then upon pulling the bedspreads back it got worse from there. One bedspread had a burn hole about the size of a quarter. The sheets literally looked like they had been slept in as they were not nicely tucked but instead quite messy. Then the granddaughters found a dead bug on the floor literally about 4 inches long. It was green but did not look like a grasshopper. That freaked them out. They instantly started crying scared to death. A towel over the window was the only window covering. Opened a drawer to find a spider crawling which also didn’t help. The shower ( no tub) had black along the bottom edges and I didn’t even want to know what that was. We only sat in the beds while we evaluated the situation and could tell they were so cheap and uncomfortable. Plus one bed had mis-matched bedding. One silk pillowcase and the other pillow a regular pillowcase. As a grandma, there was no way I could expect my granddaughters to sleep there as all we could think of was bed bugs, so we packed up and went down the street to the Best Western. Unfortunately I did not get photos as we just wanted out of there!

This was the worst place I have ever been. The room was filthy and smelled like a mixture of smoke, body odor and mold. The bathroom was frightening. The shower was filthy and the curtain was an old disposable picnic table cloth held on to the rod by twisted wires. The staff was clueless and hard to reach and of no help. We left.

No outlet covers, bed was not made, door did not latch shut all the way, shower looked atrocious, mini fridge was frozen over with moldy ice. I did not feel safe here.we checked out right away. We will not be staying here. The front desk guy was super nice though.

You get what you pay for
Very tired room - not updated at all. Minimal decor, no WiFi and tv didn’t work. Surprisingly hot and good shower pressure compared to what one would think because of the rest of the room.

A horrible experience.
This was a horrible experience. The shower drain got clogged and I told the staff about it in the morning. When I came back from work, they met me outside and told me that they couldn’t fix it until the following day. Then they asked me if I wanted to stay there and take my shower in a different room or if I wanted to move into a different room all. I didn’t want to move all my stuff into a dorm room and check out in the morning so I agreed to stay in the room for the night and take my shower somewhere else. But when I entered the room I was shocked. In the attempt to unclog it, it got worse: all the nasty water from underground came up into the restroom and it stank like gutter.I have never seen anything darker than that water. So, knowing that, they shouldn’t have asked me if I wanted to stay therein; they should have offered me another room right away. That was disrespectful on their part. So I went to the office and asked them to give me a different room, which they did. Later on I nearly threw up because of all that nasty stuff that Breathed in while taking my luggage out of the room. That was a very horrible experience. I wouldn’t wish that on anybody else.

There was something living in the attic above the bathroom. When the lights went out so did the mice. There were mice scurrying accross the laminate floor fighting over food from a previous occupant. The property was gracious enough to refund me for the rest of the nights after i stopped staying there the first night.

This hotel was horrible! It took the desk person 20 minutes to show up after ringing the bell numerous times. Once we got a key. The bathroom walls & floor were covered with rust deposit. Room was disgusting & dirty. Not at all as pictured. Outside trash cans were full & overflowing with alcohol cartons.

Rooms not ready after check in time. Room not actually in motel, but a separate bldg behind it. No peep hole, no window to outside. Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Someone was pounding on the door after midnight with no staff around to even answer the phone.

Skip the hassle
Our check-in experience was disappointing. Check in is between 3 pm and 10 pm. When we arrived at 4 pm nobody was at the front desk. I called their number and a lady eventually came to the desk. She said they were not quite ready to check us in yet. She asked us to return in 30 min. Having plans we left temporarily. We returned to town around 9:30 pm and called in advance to give them notice we would be checking in. Nobody answered the phone. I called multiple times. When we arrived nobody was at the front desk, yet again. I used the phone hanging outside the office and dialed the number listed for assistance. Nobody answered that either. Finally a man came out of one of the rooms and asked if we needed help. I explained the situation and he called a motel staff to help us. A woman eventually came to the front desk to check us in. She apologized for the inconvenience and waived our pet fees. When we got to the room we discovered no towels or habd soap in the bathroom. One of the two beds was only partially made and appeared slept in. Too tired to bother, we did not contact the front desk yet again. The rest of the stay was fine. We tried to go into the front office to ask for towels and soap, but it was locked despite the hours been advertised on the window as 10 am to 10 pm. I called and asked about towels. The second night of our stay our child was sick and she brought us clean linens. Checkout was me dropping the key in the box, as nobody was in the office, yet again.

Don’t stay here.
Checked in at 7:30 pm and waited half an hour for the room to be ready. Crud in corners in the bathroom. Asked for king bed, got two queens, flies buzzing all night, no vacuuming- carpets were very worn and not clean. No continental breakfast- doors to lobby were still locked at 8 a.m.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but people should be aware of how awful this place is. The receptionist was a nice lady but high on drugs and could hardly string sentences together. To say the place was dirty and filthy is an understatements. From the smell of the room, to the filthy flooring to the disgusting bathroom, wallpaper peeling and clothes rack falling off the wall, I can't believe the city hasn't shut this place down. We ended up leaving after midnight after we called reception and no-one answered. Expedia refunded us after we moved to a different hotel. I've never seen such a dump for a hotel

Ot was great and very good and friendly servie.. i rather liked it.. could use a snak machine tho.. other then that s very good stay.

Very friendly, helpful staff! Nice room, clean and comfortable beds! Room was nicely appointed and reasonably priced.

My stay was pleasant as the rooms are extremely clean, the concierge is very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

Business stay. Cold weather. The room took too long to warm up. Staff should have turned on the thermostat prior to our arrival (booked several hours earlier). Otherwise, a typical, no frills stay.

The best, most comfortable bed and sheets with fair price. Hospitable people. I have ever seen. Very impressed with the hotel management and the accommodation.

Clean but not well maintained
This hotel was very clean and appearance however not very well maintained the light fixture was falling from the ceiling and hanging by two wires parts were in the bathtub and it didn't work at all there was no way to light the bathroom in order to use it there were no soaps available in the room and when I went to the office it was locked with only a drop box for key return.
