We booked because of proximity to the airport, however it was very dark and deserted in appearance. Upon viewing the room it smelled horribly, had a broken shower door, pubic hairs were in the sheets when we pulled the blankets back and it was poorly cleaned. We had prepaid but were more than eager to leave and sacrifice the money.

Desk person was impatient with me because of the language barrier. He kept trying to charge me again after I told him I had reserved am Nd paid online.

The place was clean and priced appropriately. However, the restaurant was closed when we got there. There are not a lot of close options if you are on foot. They were varnishing some of the furniture, which is nice, but not so nice if they put it back into the room before it dries. The smell was nauseating, so we dragged them out to the hallway. The staff was nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was greatly appreciated!

The young man who checked us in was so nice. We were so tired so we just stayed. The smell was awful!!!! The shower head was filthy and the water came out like a hose. We survived and we chuckle now. Not recommended

The Hotel located close to the Liberia airport and it's suitable for an overnight stay. Note there is not much in the area, so bring your own food. Airport shuttle was $12/person.

The room was VERY cramped with one small bath towel for the two of us. The grout in the bathroom tile was all moldy.

Cheap place to stay near airport. Nothing else reasonably priced in the area. Basic room, but if you just need a place to crash for the night before catching a flight then it will do. Plumbing needs updating. Website says restaurant on site, but there isn't. No problems if you have a car. They do have an airport shuttle and staff arranged for a VERY early ride - Thank you guys!

We read a lot of bad reviews but with lack of hotels decided to stay here anyways. It's quite far out of Liberia so the amenities are far away but the hotel itself was lovely. Clean, quiet, they got us anything they could. Bed was comfy. No complaints and would stay here again.

Worse hotel I have stayed
Gross. Dirty room, lock on door didn’t work. Window not securely locked. Blackout blinds didn’t work. No hot water in shower. Shower head no pressure. Nasty bed. Room size of a closet. Front desk charged extra for my wife to stay in room with me.

Las personas que administran no saben de Servicio al Cliente, no saben manejar situaciones con reservas por WEB. Si hay problemas no verifican, lo que dice que ya saben de los problemas y se juegan el chance de que no se quejen las personas.

L’hôtel est sale, sent mauvais dans la chambre, sans eau chaude, zéro accueil nous avions l’impression de déranger, nous sentions les ressort du matelas, une seule serviette dans la chambre, pas d’oreiller et une seule couverture.

If you have the money, I would really recommend that you stay somewhere else with better reviews. The cleaning staff were nice, but everyone else was not that friendly, there was only one place to order food from, and the blanket was dirty. Not very helpful staff getting back to the airport as well.

Not hygiene look like not often habits.
Was humidity, floor so dirty. Even roaches, i can't take shower because when I open the door earlier was a enormous spider close to the door.. Really scared. I'm not recommending that hotel, not friendly even

Pésimo servicio y condiciones.
Se hizo reservación dos días antes, con información de tarjeta de débito a pagar en efectivo al llegar al hotel. Llegamos al hotel y la habitación asignada estaba llena de hormigas y ranas. Las escaleras, sin iluminación. El cielo raso mohoso. 2 toallas para 3 personas. Al ver el estado deplorable del local, le pedí al joven encargado de la "recepcion" el reembolso del dinero y la cancelación de la reservación y aún no liberan de mi tarjeta de débito el monto retenido. Dejamos el lugar para irnos a otro hotel. Yo no recomendaría el hotel santa Ana a ninguna persona.
