Hi Dagaria,It was a pleasure having you and your sister stay with us, It is rather unfortunate that you raise these concern about check-inn time the very last minute you were about checking out. From our records you checked in to the hotel about 10:38pm which you have a copy on your hotel receipt, and not after 12 midnight. We always arrange late check-out for our customers whenever they need it. And as per hotel Standard check in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival, should for some reason you would want to check in late we can always arrange a special one off for you. Our out late check-out policies are also very flexible, were we sometimes offer free late check out until 2pm for Free. We explained it all which your sister understood and agreed to it. It is rather astonishing to see a comment of this. We would want to sincerely apologies if we did not explain this very well to your understanding. We would want to correct this on your next trip.Warm Regards.
