My only complaint was that my stay wasn’t longer! Everything about this resort was amazing. I loved the fishing area, the pool, the staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I can’t wait to come again 🥳✨

The owners were very accommodating!!! Thank you!! The location is perfect for seeing lots of things on the keys. The pool looked good but we did not use it. I don't think there's many rooms. It's a small private place. It is close to the highway but I didn't hear any highway noise. The rooms aren't modern by any means but perfect for location and price if you want a safe quiet place to sleep.

We reserved 2 rooms for an overnight stay. We checked in but ultimately left and did not spend the night. The photos on the website are deceiving. The motel is in very poor condition. So much so we didn’t feel safe sleeping there. The patio doors were secured by a bar in the track. The smell of bleach was so strong in one room it made your eyes sting. This place makes you want to shower when you leave!

I live the water view from my room. Tammy who worked there was friendly and bubbly. She was very informative as well. They have a pool that’s right next to the lake. They have a beach area with sand and chairs. Jet ski rental is an option. There is a general store there as well. Plenty of parking. I will definitely stay there again but I will book directly with them. I loved all the quirky decorations also.

It needs some work, but the people are wonderful and it is clean. I loved to quiet, not a bunch of people around partying. I rented a key ski. It was so fun, Bill wa easy going and fun. Will definately stay again.

Its an older facility and in a very convient location..Thr staff was very nice and mad sure we were having a nice time. We had boat slips just feet from from our patio which was great and they had fuel. The resort was quiet and the rooms were very clean.The outside Tikis and the pool was clean and great..If you want a quiet convenient place to stay for you money..Id stay here again

Room and bed very clean. Room could use a little maintenance, but was acceptable. Some road noise since the facility is close to Hwy 1. Well worth the price, especially in the Florida Keys. Owner was friendly and easy to talk to.

Very run down facility! Peeling paint everywhere, a towel bar was off the wall in our bathroom with exposed screws left, chipped tile on floors, couldn’t lock sliding door to our balcony, porch railing rotten on balcony, no light in the shower, the wall unit AC was so noisey we had to wear ear plugs to sleep, and worst of all the office smelled of cat urine! We are ashamed to admit we even stayed there!!

5 stars. Tammy was awesome from easy booking to late check out and everything in between. Love the boat docks just outside of the room, we were able to leave our rental boat right outside our bedroom. We stayed in the king room and it was great, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is a little keys style rustic but they are working on it and what they have done looks great. No complaints here, it lived up to ourexpectations. I highly recommend conch key fishing resort and marina on conch key.

Wonderful place to stay. Got to meet the local manatee that hangs out there. Beautiful right out your door looking out on the marina. Super friendly owners! Would go back. Could use a full length mirror in the room was the only down fall for me. Oh, and don’t forget mosquito spray!

Brought my son down for some self guided fishing and snorkeling. The motel is centrally located along the keys. Room were clean and prices were perfect for what we were doing. If I brought my wife I may stay at a nicer resort.

Friendly staff, beautiful room with view on the water when waking up. Enjoy coffee from your balcony overlooking both sides of the Gulf. This is a fine location if you are looking for a good price. There is not much to do around here and the motel is located close to the road. It didn‘t bother us since you don‘t hear it unless you open the balcony door. Ideal to travel to Key West and beaches.

Really nice and friendly, great view off the back porch, isolated from the crowds. Though a little bit of a drive for meals, it was worth it. Only disappointment was not their fault, too cold and windy for the pool, water was warm enough though. Will stay there again.

The property was perfect for the fishing enthusiast or just for recharging your batteries. Ive been coming to the keys for over 40 years, this is now one of my favorite places to stay. Staff is very friendly!

I didn’t pay for that kind of noise…expecting calm
Neighbors two older men in 60’s were loud, drank beer all the time so they were obnoxious when trying to sleep, very close quarters, had to say “are you two guys married cuz you act like a old married couple…” I was awakened at 0210 am, something loud and heavy fell on the tile, heard hammering during the day hours about 10am earlier in the day, woke me up then heard all the commotion for couple hours coughing, foul language every 4 words…talking loud, smokers too. .tried to go back to sleep….I packed up and Left at 430…needed to leave but not in the dark of dawn…was planning around 10am…they should not be allowed back, no courtesy to others. It’s a quaint small 10 room…unit, loved the unit right on the Dock…probably won’t return

Best vacation I've had in a very long time and most of that is due to this wonderful retro motel on a itty bitty island. From check in to check out they made our stay amazing. Front desk staff was super friendly, accommodating and you were always greeted with a smile, no matter how busy they were. Even though this is a older motel the rooms were spotless and well appointed and even had a small full kitchen. The beds were a wonderful surprise as they were very comfortable and the view of the sparkling blue Gulf right from our glass sliding door couldn't have been better. Housekeeping was really on the ball and again we were always greeted with smiles no matter how busy they were. We were vacationing with our 12 and 13 year old grandsons who were never bored or without something to do when we weren't out sightseeing. They swam in the sparkling clear pool, snorkeled the sea wall right from the motels beach area and were amazed by the schools of parrotfish they saw, and they fished. Our youngest grandson lives to fish and was just over the moon when he caught, and landed, a 3.5 foot nurse shark. The amazing neighbors we were blessed with all week caught the larger 4 and 5 foot nurse sharks also right from the dock. What started as a spur of the moment, affordable place to stay for the kids fall break turned into the place we'll return to any time we're in the Keys. Thank you all for the unforgettable week and hope to see you again next trip!!

If you're looking for a 5 star resort, this is not for you. If you're looking for a place to lay your head on the most comfortable bed ever, #5, with some beautiful views of the water, the nicest people ever, and right in the middle of the Keys, this place is for you. It is definitely a fishing lodge. A little rough in most places but will be absolutely the quaint mom and pop place that it used to be once renovations are finished. The pool is small and clean and there is a store for necessities on site. Check in was easy. Will be back for sure!
