Fantastic guest house with ocean view
Monique was lovely and super helpful. The guest house is clean and comfortable and if you book early enough you have a wonderful suite with an ocean view. It’s super convenient if doing the shark cage dive. You can walk to the harbor.

Ended up with the whole place to ourselves! Rene was b3yond hospitable and made us feel like family. Let us shower after our shark dive so we wouldn't be dirty for our drive afterwards Nd allowed us to help ourselves to any food in the fridge. Had suggestions for dinner options and lovely views from all parts of the house. Onsite parking was convenient and was walking distance from the shark do d companies and the launch site. It was SO nice to quickly come back to shower and still make it back to lunch and the final recap

The facilities were excellent. A great common room with amazing views of the bay, spacious and well appointed, clean rooms. It's across the street from the Great White House restaurant and >5min walking distance to all of the shark diving tour companies. In addition, the customer service was excellent. We had a late check in and Rene came in after hours just to help us out and give us the full tour. Monique was super friendly the next day. Highly recommend if you are in Gansbaai

home away from home
This place is amazing. A little home away from home. Te owner is probably the nicest lady we have ever met. She gave us many good recommendations on the area and made sure our stay was perfect. Beautiful house in a great location as well.

Very friendly and helpful hosts from booking TIL departure. Great location for shark diving. Beautiful rooms. Excellent continental breakfast but suggest cooked option could be improved if done to order. Bigger towels in bedroom would be only other area for improvement. Great guest balcony for relaxing with drink from the honesty bar after good meal at opposite restaurant.

Perfect location
Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Monique couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She was there to offer advice on what to do locally and give directions. We were right across the street from an amazing restaurant and the perfect location for whale watching and shark dive....only a short walk to the port.

Home from Home
Great friendly welcome from Monique, making us feel so at home! The property is over a couple of floors with communal lounge and kitchen, breakfast area. The rooms are immaculate and spacious with huge bathroom and shower facilities. The deck area was an added bonus with a quiet aspect but really enjoyable. I was surprised that the boat tour company I booked with just opposite so really handy. We loved the quietness of the area and opted to stay another night, booking another room in error but that was no problem for the BnB manager who changed this for us. Monique offered lots of advice and help with other areas to visit, Great place to stay !

Wonderful stay with a fabulous host
Lovely large room, great bathroom. Large lounge area with balcony with outside table for all to use. Wonderful breakfast.

Even before I checked in, Asst Manager Monique had been giving me advice and offering to book restaurants and transport, and even searching the Internet for info on the Highgate ostrich farm and Cango Caves which I wished to visit. And host Rene’s was the most warm & welcoming reception I’ve ever come across, showing us around the House, telling us to relax and enjoy ourselves, even helping us with our laundry, and packing a takeaway breakfast for our early check out! Awesome! The White Shark Guest House was clean and like a home away from home. It was just across the road from the meeting point for my shark cage diving tour with Marine Dynamics. Location is scenic and safe for walking around.

We had a very nice room with a perfect view from our terrace. Breakfast was very good. Welcome was very personal and warm. Unfortunately we had to check-in is early at 17:00

We were lucky to have the house to ourself, but even if it were full we felt the warmth of the property and of Renee and Monica. We spent only one night and wished we could have stayed longer. White Shark Guest House in Kleinbaai is over 2 hours drive from Cape Town airport but well worth it. A little gem at the end of the world.

Perfect spot for staying near dive companies
We chose White Shark Guest House for it’s location to the dive companies for shark cage diving and got way more than expected. It’s an adorable B&B and René is the nicest manager you can think of. Before our stay she booked our tours for us and was there day before during check in making sure we were all prepared. She gave great tips for where to do dinner and was super helpful. Room had a great view of the ocean, and lots of places to relax around the house. Bathroom was big too. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and will probably be back!

Friendly staff and great location
I stayed at the guest house for one night. I got a very friendly greeting as I entered the property. The host couldn't do enough to make sure that my stay was pleasant. She showed me to my room and around the property. When I asked for a dinner recommendation, she offered to reserve a table for me and gave me directions. The guest house is wonderful and has a great view of the bay from the balcony. My room was large and modern and clean and everything I needed. The only negative was that I only got to stay there one night. I can't wait to go back!

Excelente B&B para explorar a região, em especial para fazer o mergulho com o tubarão branco. O quarto em que me hospedei era muito amplo e foi recentemente reformado com muito bom gosto. O destaque do quarto é a varanda com a bela vista para a área. O atendimento é muito cuidadoso e acolhedor. O café da manhã foi o melhor de toda minha viagem para África do Sul, com frutas frescas e um delicioso pão. Recomendo!

J'ai choisi cette établissement pour une nuit car je plongeais avec les requins blancs le lendemain matin . Établissement Nickel tout est à disposition et le personnel est tres sympa et serviable ! Rien de négatif à dire sur cet endroit . Par contre pas grand chose dans les alentours mais ce n'est qu'un détail pour une seule nuit

Incrível! Fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, o ambiente é muito agradável! Acredito que os quartos da parte superior sejam melhores ( onde ficamos). Café da manhã muito bom Tb!! Em frente à Marine Dynamics onde se pode agendar o Shark diving e whale watching! Única coisa que acho que poderia melhorar, era ter aquecedor no quarto ( há aquecimento no colchão, mas se não estiver deitado, é beeeem frio pela manhã). Nada que comprometesse a estadia maravilhosa!

Perfect Gansbaai Stay!
Great guest house. The owner is super friendly and makes the stay even better. The property is modern and furnished very nicely with stylish bare brick internal walls. Very central and walkable to all the main shark diving companies. Even though we had a shark dive booked for the morning of our check-out, the owner offered a checkout time of 2pm so we could return and shower before moving on. Very nice gesture. Fantastic restaurant 1 minute walk away makes this the perfect place to stay in Gansbaai.

Checkade in väldigt sen. Ägarinnan kom och hjälpte oss med att ringa runt till olika restauranger för att få mat. Otroligt hjälpsam och super trevlig.

1 halte de une nuit dans ce Guest House très confortable et une hôte très attentionnée, qui s'est occupée de nous réserver notre sortie pour la plongée avec les requins. A l'issue,malgré notre retour tardif de cette sortie, nous avons pu prendre une bonne douche et boucler nos valises.
