가성비 좋은 호텔!!
뉴욕의 성수기 시즌(가을), 아시아계 연휴 시즌 그리고 주말이라는 점을 감안하면 나쁘지 않은 가격이었음. 위치도 미드타운이라 42가 그랜드센트럴이 코앞이고 저층이었음에도 객실에서 엠파이어스테이트빌딩이 보였음. 객실은 매우매우 넓어 혼자쓰기 아까웠음.. 화장실도 무지하게 넓고 깨끗했음. 어메너티는 보통 그냥저냥 나쁘지않음 뉴욕 다시 올때 이 호텔부터 가격 확인할듯.. 그만큼 다시 올만함!!

A big room in NYC and old and unclean hotel.
The room is bigger than usual new york hotel. However, the carpet and cleaness of the room is not great! Everything seems a litte durty and old. Also, the air conditioner is so loud even if you turn off the air conditioner. Also, the concierge at the front guy is not nice. I don't mean that he is rude however, he never look at me once when I was checking in and out. Which means this is not a hotel, a hotel. The location is great so It is ok for one night. 뉴욕호텔치고 큰방이긴 하나, 청결상태가 그리 좋지 않음. 카펫이 너무 더러워서 발을 닿기 찜찜했음. 위치는 좋으나 에어컨을 꺼도 소리가 조용해지지 않아 예민한 사람은 잠자기 어려울수 있음

편한 로케이션. 방도 오케이. 최고는 아니지만 잘만하고 이불도 좋았음. 하루종일 비지니스 쇼핑 하기에는 적당한곳.

그랜드센트럴역과 가까운 편이라 이동하기 편리했고 직원들도 친절해서 좋았다. 다만 히터를 꺼도 찬바람이 계속 나와서 불편했다.

Lo había reservado con 10 meses de anticipación y 3 meses antes del viaje, me escribieron informándome que clausuraron The Court y nos cambiaban gratuitamente al hotel hermano The Tuscany, por gran suerte, ubicado enseguida. En cuanto al hospedaje, estuvo muuy aceptable, buena limpieza de habitación, excelente ubicación (10 min de Times Square caminando) y buena atención en la recepción (nos atendieron 3 personas diferentes para simples preguntas en nuestras 6 noches y todas hablaban español, excelente). Así como la vista de nuestra habitación, fue impresionante. Muchas gracias!!

Disappointing.
No toilet paper twice after asking a second time. I had to ask the maid for some from her cart. Shower drain inoperative both days I stayed, no permanent fix after I asked. Bed OK, room clean, staff functional. No more than 2 star, but convenient for my needs.

Great Location
I always try to stay at the Court. The staff is wonderful and location is close to Grand Central Station. Really good restaurant sin the area. The hotel needs updating but is still worth going.

Falling apart
This hotel has not been properly maintained, there is practically no service and no one seemed to be in charge. We had to ask for toiletry and wash clothes upon arrival, and then help ourselves from the cart in the hallway. The carpet in the room was repaired with tape, the bathroom was rusted, furniture finish pealing. The heating system needed a maintenance person to make it work three times in a 7 day stay. The explanation for this disarray: this hotel will be closed at the end of April '18, so maintenance is at a minimum. The rating of 3.9 does not reflect today's reality - except for the location. This used to be a great place to stay during our past trips to NYC, not anymore.

Perfekte Lage in der Stadtmitte
Gutes komfortables Hotel, dass dazu noch sehr gut gelegen ist. Die Einrichting ist nicht die modernste aber der Komfort stimmt. Das King-Size Bett ist seht bequem und riesig. Preis-Leistung voll i.O. Die Scheiben sind nicht gerade bestens isoliert, das heisst man hört den Strassenverkehr gut. Eine Lösung dazu wäre Zimmer in oberen Stockwerken zu wählen.

This place was really dirty. There was physical dirt, dust, stains and holes in most things, and I have attached a couple pictures for a sampling of the grossness. In addition, when I first arrived, I noticed that the toiletries in the bathroom had been used and there was no soap. When house-keeping came by the next day, they took away all the dirty towels, but didn't replace them. The bed was "made" like it had been made by toddler. By the way, if a toddler had made the bed like that, I would give them a gold star, but not a paid professional. No. In addition, the gym is not onsite. It's too bad, because the bar downstairs is really nice. That's about the only good thing I can say about this place.

Fantastic Hotel in a Centrally Located Area
Unreal hotel and service! Centrally located in the heart of Manhattan, you do not need a car you can walk everywhere. We walked from the hotel to MSG, TImes Square, Rockerfeller Center etc.

Very convenient location in midtown Manhattan.
Perfect location, great price for stay. Room very big. Just bathroom kind of old, rusty bathtub with bad drain and shower head little broken. But you can definitely take a shower and stay clean. Bed very comfortable. I will definitely stay at the same hotel when visiting NYC next time.

A gem and a bargain
By NYC standards, the room was notably large. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Unusually good gym available at the (more expensive) sister hotel next door. Not opulently furnished, but a relatively charming older building. Extraordinarily good value for the (below Holiday Inn / Comfort Hotels) price range. At anything like this price, will definitely stay there again

Filthy ikky hotel
This has to be one of the dirtiest gloomy hotels I have ever been to. It’s more of a run down germ infested motel. Housekeeping should all be fired filthy bathrooms hair everywhere, bed skirts had white gross stains.

The hotel is shutting down and you really feel it. I used to stay there in the past and it was fine but this time was awful. The first room that I stayed in was in an unacceptable condition with large stains on the floor, lights that did not work and incredibly noisy. I asked to change room and nobody got back to me for 3 days. They finally gave me a different room which was a lot better, but it was too late to change my negative impression. They are clearly shutting down and not putting any energy into it.

Good location, comfortable bed, OK shower but the condition of the hotel room was terrible. Chipped paint, stained rugs and a heating system that didn't work.

Quite Pleased
I have become a hotel junkie. I just book hotels cause I have always loved staying at hotels of all levels. Actually I should create my own column on hotel stays lol. This hotel, its location, surroundings, pricing, staff, one can not really go wrong. The welcoming front desk staff are attentive, and quick upon check in. Geez, I temporarily forgot thee blond ones name but the 3 times I have been here thus far she has been most sweet. Now, the rooms. I started with the KBR. Over 440 ft. Most spacious. Loved the long bathroom. Women would love that extra vanity area. The chaise chair was comfortable as was the bed and pillows. I normally have fights with beds and pillows and didnt nearly fight as much here. Wifi was iffy, a bit slow but most hotels are. I had a smaller KBR, but cozy, and had a balcony. Only thing is you can see and hear your neighbors when out there. Blocking off that would be awesome for temporary privacy. The rates are most reasonable and if you look good enough can even find a better one for their rooms. Walking distance to everything, whether there for business or pleasure. There is no doubt during my bouncing around of hotels, I will find myself back here for another stay.

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice, the room was very large although we found the bed a bit soft. On one side it had that sunken side of the bed thing going on. We did have a difficult time getting the room a comfortable temperature. Even though it was super cold out (NYE) we had to run the air because the room was steaming. My biggest complaint is the lounge downstairs. They don't have good sound absorption and the music bleeds into the rooms (we were on the 3rd floor) and the music sounded like it was next door.

There was a condom wrapper behind our bed. We were told on the phone that this was a 4 star hotel but it clearly was not. The shower barely worked, the place was dirty (other people’s hair was on the bed as soon as we walked in) and it was overall a run down place. We were unfortunately not very satisfied. Only benefit to the stay was the location.

便利な立地の割にリーズナブル
grand central terminal に近く、broadwayやempire state building などの見どころにも徒歩で行けるのは便利。The court を予約していたが、隣の系列ホテルにアップグレードしてくれ、ラッキーでした。部屋はまずまず広くて清潔でした。
