Riverside boutique break
Nice room and cozy location. Quiet and peaceful in busy Bangkok Close to floating markets. A skytrain stop is about to open, which will bring the property close to all there is to see.

An incredibly special place! We feel so lucky to have found this gem. Each room is uniquely decorated and cleanly maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. The included breakfast is delicious. Staying here means being immersed in a neighborhood far from the touristy areas of the city. We always felt very safe walking around the nearby streets, and were able to get a great sense of local life. Stay here; you will not regret it!

Siamotif is a beautiful, quiet oasis with wonderful hosts and a delicious home cooked breakfast every morning. Upon walking in, my dad and i were stunned at the beauty and charm and we loved the accents in the Indigo Room. We found it easy to use the nearby transportation and enjoyed coming back every night to the peacefulness. Thank you Mai, Moo, and team!

We were moved from one bad room to another and on our departure day we were beaten by pre-paid taxi fare and were sent off to the wrong airport. If you go here be prepared to be royally shafted.

Short but very sweet stay
What a hidden gem! We were there only overnight, unfortunately, and would have loved to enjoy it for longer. Tiny but gorgeous and unique rooms, fabulous setting on the canal in an untouristy area, warm and helpful service fro Mai and her staff, delicious breakfast. I hope to be back!

Good signage helps to find this place when we arrived about 7pm. Nearly food shops and street food stalls are available till 10pm. Easy to go Grand Palace and tour spots using public transport. The owner and staff are sincere and friendly. They helped to book massage in a nearby new shop. Top quality thai breakfast and venue which is along the river. Cosy homestay to enjoy local experience. Love their cats. Wonderful!

Loved our time at Siamotif. This hotel is boutique in every sense of the word. With less than 10 rooms and being a family run business, it feels more like a guest house. We loved the location as we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle and loved the canal views. Would love to go back again!

Beautifully maintained lovely traditional Thai bed and breakfast in a quiet residential neighborhood, hidden behind a temple. Felt very safe. Lots of local street food and 2 Seven Elevens on the nearby main road. Easy access to local market via Red Truck, or get around by taxi. Maii and her lovely staff are very helpful! Very clean, individualized rooms and delicious Thai breakfast every morning. Was the perfect setting for the first few nights of our honeymoon! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s so unique, right on the river and I love the staff! It’s a bit convoluted, but I quite liked that part. We felt special staying there - a true hidden gem. It’s an old Chinese house, and is very eclectic and clean. The breakfast is so unique and quaint and they accommodated for us being vegan as well. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Sitting on the balcony by the river with the wind and shade was my highlight - along with the staff lightly playing and singing guitar as background music. So relaxing and such an experience! The only very small thing I would mention was that the AC did not work well, but it was okay in the end if you give it time. We will definitely be back and stay longer next time! We appreciate all the kindness shown to us.

We were treated like family and felt so taken care of. The rooms are painted artists and sitting by the canal is so refreshing. Breakfast is also wonderful.

Siamotif was absolutely lovely! If you would like to have a true Thai experience, this is a beautiful way to experience the culture. This small (only 5 rooms!) hotel is right by the river and was utterly relaxing compared to the craziness that is Bangkok. I loved it! We even were treated to a nearby ceremony at a temple. The staff here are phenomenal and so kind. Enjoy! P.s. It was a little hard to sleep in here because of the river sounds but everything else made up for it!

The good: the staff were great, so friendly and helpful. The location was great, too. Just a quick 8 baht truck ride to the major river ferry system which takes you to major tourist areas. There was a nice breakfast each morning on the little river. Location is in a non tourist area, lots of street food just minutes away. We enjoyed walking around. The not so good: Booked an *overpriced* taxi to the airport after through them... (Taxi to the place 150 baht, taxi to airport 600). Not a huge deal for the convenience to have a taxi waiting in the early morning, I suppose. It was very loud from birds on the roof, boat motors, and a loud creaky metal dock. You can also hear staff and guests in the room loud and clear. (I used ear plugs and that didn't even help.) When it rained, the roof leaked a bit due to the old style architecture. Finally, it was very bright with no option to black out the windows. Overall, it was a great experience with a very difficult sleep. Would recommend for heavy sleepers. The staff and design makes the place! Thanks for a welcoming, charming stay.

Staying here you get a sense for the local life in a residential neighborhood and in a small uniquely styled hotel. Quaint and cozy, you won't get lost in it or feel like you could be anywhere in the world of standardised hotel rooms. Definitely a place for those looking for a true taste of Thai hospitality. The A/C works well and your breakfast view is serene

A private property with an authentic thai house character and a lot of bushes. The breakfast was great. The bar was reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

運河沿いの静かな場所にひっそりたたずむ、小さなホテルです。 オーナー、スタッフ皆さんとても親切でとてもお世話になりました。 朝食には、食パンと白飯少し、野菜炒め(肉の時も)、自家製ヨーグルト、飲み物がでます。 白飯のクオリティーが高く、手作りの野菜炒めも美味しいです

The hotel is a charming oasis in bustling Bangkok, situated on the river and close to some nice markets to explore. Our room was filled with intricate wood furniture and colorfully painted shutters. The staff is so warm and welcoming, you feel comfortyand well cared for.

夫と二人で運河側の部屋に3泊しました。面倒見のいい親切なスタッフ達で、朝食も毎回美味しかったです。タイ建築の建物・よく手入れされた敷地内の植物・センス溢れる素敵な内装等も素晴らしく、ゴロゴロしている猫達にも癒されました。バルコニーで鳥の声を聞きながらすぐ下に流れる運河を往き来するボートを眺めるなど、街中のホテル滞在では出来ない古き良きバンコクの雰囲気を味わえます。交通はやや不便ですがそれを上回る満足感、バンコクへ行く際にはまた利用すると思います。

What a magical place. Our room was beautiful and clean and the staff was accommodating and very friendly. We loved every minute of staying there and I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I also loved that there were fat lounging cats on the office paperwork, felt like home.

Our flight into BKK was delayed for 17 hours, but the Siamotif staff were incredibly accommodating, in regular communication (via the Expedia messenger) and stayed up to welcome us to their charming hotel. They the arranged for a later breakfast service for us given the lateness of our arrival. On entering the room (Golden Crane) we were very happy to find a beautiful, clean, and relaxing space -- exactly what we needed. Across our two day stay in Bangkok, the Siamotif Hotel, with its wonderful staff, interesting spaces, and community of cats became a tranquil sanctuary for us against the backdrop of chaotic Bangkok street life. Would recommend!

Best choice to stay in Bangkok
The atmosphere here is very good. Chill and relax. Need to take off shoes after you enter the gate but you cant feel any dust and dirty on your feet. There are handmade breakfasts in the morning. I had toast, coffee and also some local thai dishes. The staffs are all nice and always caring about your experience!! To be honest I don't want to recommend this place. Want to keep this great place as my little secret lol. Just kidding haha. I enjoyed great days in Siamotif Boutique. I think ppl all should go there!!

Verborgen parel met prachtige smaakvolle kamers
Waanzinnige plek met lieve mensen die je midden in Bangkok toch een gevoel van rust geven. Hotel is relatief klein is niet heel handig te bereiken maar zodra je binnen bent kan je genieten van mooi stijlvol huis met gezellige mooi vormgegeven en ingerichte kamers . Vooral kamers aan rivier/ klong zijn prachtig. De mensen zijn duoervriendelijk en willen alles voor je regelen dat doen ze met gepaste afstand . Ontbijt is heel persoonlijk en goed verzorgd . Kortom echt een verborgen parel in Bangkok

Lovely respite in the city
This charming guest house was perfect for our time in Bangkok. I had the chance to tour several of the rooms and each room is uniquely and artfully decorated and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The large main area where breakfast is served is open to the outside with many plants giving it a lovely garden feel. I really enjoyed sipping a beer on the porch area overlooking the canal after a hot day of sightseeing, watching the boats go by. The best part of all was the incredibly wonderful and helpful staff and Mai, the owner. They served delicious traditional Thai breakfasts (included) and great dinners (very affordable) which was nice when we didn't feel like heading back out into the city. They suggested itineraries for our day, gave advice on the best transportation options and set up any arrangements we needed. It was so nice to have this personal service! Mai even gave us a Thai cooking class which was really fun (and provided Band-aids for my blistered foot!). This was truly one of the best lodging experiences I've had anywhere in the world and would highly recommend it!

A quirky room in a beautiful boutique hotel. Maii and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great watching Maii cook dinner one night and the next morning she rushed us off to a ceremony at a nearby temple - an amazing real (non touristy) experience. Highly recommended.

Zauberhaftes Hotel fernab des Tourismus
Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt im Siamotif Hotel ausdrücklich! Wir haben im golden crane-Zimmer übernachtet. Das Zimmer ist super sauber und es steckt Liebe in jedem Detail. Wir waren fasziniert von der Gestaltung des Zimmers im authentischen Thai-Stil. Auch die Lobby und der Frühstücksbereich sind wunderschön und gemütlich gestaltet. Auf der Terrasse am Fluss kann nun den Abend bei einem Bier schön ausklingen lassen. Das Frühstück war frisch und sehr lecker (Mix aus internationalen und thailändischen Leckeren). Die Gastgeber waren total freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben und rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass das Hotel abseits des Tourismus in einer sehr authentischen Lage liegt. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Garküchen und kleine Restaurants, in denen man sehr lecker zu Abend essen kann. Beim nächsten Bangkok-Besuch kommen wir wieder.

Beautiful Thai Welcome
This hotel is situated along Bangkok Noi channel and is just a beautiful little quaint place. The staff greeted us like family, were very helpful, and throughout our stay fed us well and made us feel comfortable. They helped us with our itinerary as Bangkok is a little challenging to get around. I can only say good things about this place! My husband and I enjoyed thoroughly! Thank you Maii and Siamotif staff!! Thank you Happy, Jessie, Maggie, and Spicy cat family!
