We enjoyed the proximity to Niagara Falls. Other than that, I would never rebook this hotel. The rooms are very small with not even a closet to hang clothes, only a rack on the wall. Food was awful at their restaurant, Coffee weak.. Management is keen to serve but trouble with the hired help it seems.

I liked that this hotel is clean, quiet and safe. It is walking distance from Niagara State Park which is great. The room is beautiful however it is a bit small especially for a King bedroom. The front staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t like that the cleaners didn’t come to my room to empty the garbage, offer fresh towels nothing…other than that I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again.

We provide each room with service signs for all guests to leave on the door should they require any additional upkeep. Any personal requests can be made to the desk if you do not wish for us to go and assist in the room. Feedback like this will help us to see things we need to work on. The Cadence was wonderful. It is on the smaller side, but the room was in a perfect location for all my needs and easily within walking distance of the park. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and I would stay here again.

Need Furniture in Grand King rooms
Stayed in the Grand King room, I would be nice if there was a couch to sit on and relax. Only options were bed and the desk chair. The work area of the desk might have been 15 inches.....not much

The property is nice but financial disclosure is not up to par. We paid $30 extra for breakfast which we assumed was a real breakfast but it was stale pastries, bagels, and a toaster that you have to hold down in order for it to work. There was absolutely nothing healthy to eat- no fruit, no cereal, no yogurt etc…. When we checked out we were informed that the $250 incidental deposit would be charged a $19.95 dollar destination fee which we knew nothing about. When I mentioned we paid extra for breakfast she said she would remove that from the bill but we would have to contact Travelocity for a refund. So all in all we paid a whole lot more for our stay than what was originally advertised. Not pleased with this at all.

We had an amazing stay at the Cadence in Niagara Falls. The room was clean and modern. I enjoyed the small touches like complimentary room phone charger. The staff was amazing and made our stay even better. I will 100% return and recommend to others.

Everything at The Cadence was great, save for a few small inconveniences: 1.) Coffee refills in the room were inconsistent, even when we left a note for housekeeping 2.) The lobby smell is nice, but too strong 3.) The sliding farm door to the restroom was nice but needs a way to stay open (if possible) Overall, like I said, everything was wonderful. We appreciate the hospitality we received and look forward to revisiting Niagara with The Cadence!

Probably one of the best hotels on the US side if you want to see the Falls. Very clean and stylish hotel that is close to Niagara Falls and the Canadian border. The walls are a little thin but other than that the room was very comfortable. Parking may seem a bit confusing but if you park by the connecting restaurant and ask the front desk where to park they’ll direct you to the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again!
