Dear HarlieI read your frustration after your stay with us but I would like to clarify that:- you had a non-refundable room and we complied with the rules imposed by expedia- the check-in methods are indicated on the website and communicated by us before your arrival- the cost of the taxi from Hotel Navona Theater to Hotel Otivm is not 30 euros, it is a maximum of one km by car- Next time we advise you to take a good look at the position in which the hotel you are booking is located- I remind you that the dark alley you mentioned is a very ancient street where the major artists who worked in Rome walked and I don't know if you know CARAVAGGIO, RAFFAELLO, BRAMANTE, BERNINI, BORROMINI- You stayed just behind Piazza Navona, the most beautiful square in the worldI hope that for your 8th trip to Rome you will find a hotel that you like a lot and that does not make you give such an absurd judgmentHowever we continue to do our job well and to give our best for all customersLuca
