Thank you for leaving a comment after your stay. Indeed you booked a Classic Double Room, our first category, and as you know we have different sizes of rooms depending on the category you choose. All the sizes are indicated on the website.Our Privilege Rooms are the ones that benefit from a free minibar - we have a range of beverage in our veranda and you can ask at front desk whenever you want to have a drink, it is open 24 hours.Yes there are ironing boards in all the rooms (our guests can request an iron at front desk) but these are of small size and it only takes the space of the hanger it is hanged to: lots of space left in the closet to hang your clothes!And there is also a suitcase rack in each of our rooms at your disposalRegards

You have booked a room for 2 adults and arrived with your 5-year-old child without planning to sleep. Our breakfast manager, who doesn't understand English well, came to get me because she didn't understand your comments about the scrambled eggs (which we specially prepared for you...your family ate them well).
