Property within walking distance to harbour and shops. Very good location. Free parking for car approx 400.metres away from property. The only disappointment was that they did not serve breakfast.

Had a nice time at hotel, didn't recive code for box fortunately there was a couple going in and followed them. Room was nice, bed was OK, towel rail did not heat up and extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. We had a nice stay and would go back, it's in a great position 5 mins from station.

Really comfortable room with lots of space. Planty of tea and coffee facilities, fridge really helped. Very friendly owners. Clean and quality rooms. Perfect location for easy access to Whitby town centre. Easy to find. Lovely stay thanknyou

Comfortable and relaxing stay
Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Room was excellent and very clean. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Only thing to be aware of is the parking which is public ‘on street’ away from the premises .

Good stay
Located close to the town centre, close to the bus station, restaurants and pubs. There is no parking but there is a free street parking nearby. Our room was clean and functional. The owner welcomed us on arrival, which was nice

Very good accommodation
We stayed for 3 nights and found the Broomfield House in an ideal location. Our room was fantastic, very spacious and very clean. Steve was very good at providing information and made us feel very welcome. We easily parked on another Street not far from the accommodation. There is such a good choice for eating out and there is a very good Gregs nearby for breakfast. We would recommend Broomfield House

Beautiful guest house, ideal location. Steve kindly upgraded us to their luxury double room. Gorgeous comfy big bed, beautiful fresh white bedding & lovely bathroom. First time in Whitby & it didn’t disappoint. The Abbey is absolutely stunning & worth the 199 steps climb. Stunning coastline walks. Took to short drive to Robin Hoods Bay, absolutely beautiful! 😀

Little gem
Lovely B&B situated within a few mins walk to the centre. Room 7 at the top was lovely if you don’t mind climbing lots of stairs. Very clean an nicely decorated lovely comfy bed. A little coffee table in front of sofa would have been nice as no room to put cups etc. The room was self checkin due to COVID so didn’t see anyone which was disappointing also no breakfast on offer due to social distancing which is a shame. Lovely place and will definitely visit once they decode to get back to normal service

Highly recommended.
Lovely place. Extra covid measures made us feel very safe and the room was beautiful. Small issue with the bath but not a problem in the grand scheme of things and I’m confident will be fixed after being made aware. Very happy overall and would happily come back

Our hosts were caring and considerate. Breakfast generous. Parking not on sight but near by . Front room has lovely view and is spacious and comfortable. Fortunate to have lovely Springlike weather.

Lovely B&B in an ideal location in Whitby centre. Steve and Jo we’re really friendly and looked after us, including upgrading us. Would recommend!

No en suite had to use a tiny shower room across the hall. Very difficult getting parked at times.

Perfect base for exploring whitby
No more than 5 mins on foot from the harbour this is a perfectly situated B&B. Furnished to a high standard and friendly owners. Near free parking.
