Fräscht, fint och städat hotell med fantastisk frukost med många val! Middagen var också bra med många val! Nära till strand där solstolar ingår! Det lilla minus som vi hittar…Kaffe borde dock ha ingått på rummet och en flaska vatten om dagen! Sköna sängar och grym städerska!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Da es direkt am der Strasse liegt, kann es etwas lauter sein, wenn viel Verkehr ist. Die Fenster sind sehr gut und wir haben wunderbar in den ausgezeichneten Betten geschlafen. Die Aussicht und der sehr kurze Weg zum Strand sind traumhaft. Der Weg in das Zentrum ist ein schöner Spaziergang, man kann sehr gut essen in den verwinkelten Gassen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel war hervorragend, das Buffet und die Auswahl grandios. Alles sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hinter dem Hotel die Bebauung war nicht so schön. Der Weg am Strand war sauber, aber ein Hotel und ein Touristenladen befand sich neben dem anderen. Schnell hingebaut und nicht schön. Insgesamt sehr schön, würden sofort wiederkommen, auffällig ist, dass außerhalb der Touristenorte viel Müll in der Landschaft herumliegt, was sehr schade ist. Dabei sind Natur und Landschaft sehr schön.

Incredible hospitality, the staff here really make you feel welcome and are there for your every need. A really wonderful hotel, good facilities, great food and the two bedroom rooms are perfect for a family.

Fem dygn i Rethymno
Vi bodde fem nätter på detta trevliga hotell med hög standard och med egen strand och pool nära centrum. Vi mottog också alla VIP fördelar genom Hotels.com. Bra! Rummet var rent och modernt. God hygien över hela hotellet. Mask och handskar till frukostbuffen. Specielt tack till Christos i restaurangen som var så trevlig, speciellt mot vår son. Jag fick en massage efter frukost första dagen och köpte sedan ytterligare två av Lolita som var duktig och engagerad. Mycket bra service också av Chryssi i receptionen. Vi kommer välja detta hotell igen vid framtida besök i Rethymno.

Good location across the road from the beach but a good 20-25 minutes to the old town. Plenty of restaurants around and the breakfast was brilliant. A real minus is the bathroom. Very poor design. Extremely difficult to get into the bath and shower. Very dangerous. Not many could get in and out easily.

After a slight hiccup with the room , although it was facing the sea it was also facing a busy road we were quickly moved to another room away from the main hotel which was much better . All the staff were extremely polite and friendly a special mention to the man behind the desk who spoke excellent English for his help and restaurant recommendations the bell boy who helped with the luggage and Angelic the restaurant manageress . The hotel was very clean and the sun beds were the best. Supermarket was next door and the Old Town was about 15 mins walk along the sea front The private beach was certainly not the prettiest I have seen but had plenty of free sun beds with the staff getting you drinks etc from the hotel. We had a great holiday and hopefully will be back. Thank you to the manager who changed our room.

Très loin du 5 étoiles !!
Hôtel bien loin du 5 étoiles, les chambres sont vieillissantes et on besoin d’être rénovées, odeur de moisissures dans la salle de bain... Le ménage journalière laisse à désirer. Bonne literie. Plage de ville, la moins jolie que nous avons vu en Crète. L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville. Personnel disponible être agréable. Petit déjeuner très bien

An excellent hotel.we stayed here for two nights.the staff was friendly and helpful.the design of the hotel was smart and elegant.rooms are organized in little dependances which are located around a nice garden with trees and flowers and a clean big swimmingpool.we recommend this. hotel to people who want to relax and have a luxury stay in rethymno.

Faultless - absolutely wonderful stay here.
Just back from our stay at The Atlantis Beach and it was an absolute pleasure. Everything about it was brilliant. Location, pool and facilities all excellent. Every day started with the best buffet breakfasts! We did use the lovely pool, but with the beach over the road with plenty of beds on the private stretch of beach, along with the fantastic staff there to get you drinks, food and help with anything, we used the beach most days. The walk to the harbour/old town was between 20 & 30 minutes but there are shops/bars/restaurants all along the route. What we did notice on our walk into the old town each night was that the nearer you got to it, the more cramped the beaches were with beds. From The Atlantis, there was plenty of space, so we really did think we stayed in the best location. A taxi to and from the old town was only 5 euros if we were feeling lazy! What is exceptional about this hotel is its staff. They work so hard but are always smiling - charming - every single one of them. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quality hotel next to the beach
We stayed at Atlantis Beach Hotel for 5 days and overall had a wonderful experience there. We stayed in a family room which was two rooms separated by a sliding door. The second bed was a sturdier pull out bed, but it was quite hard and a little uncomfortable, but OK for kids. We had a great balcony that overlooked part of the pool and their well managed grounds. We had positive experiences with all of the staff and everyone was very friendly, especially Irina at the pool bar. The menu for the restaurant was super and had excellent options for children. The beach is across the street and there are beds and umbrellas that you can rent for the day. One pleasant surprise for us was the availability of water sports right next to the hotel. You can go tubing, parasailing, jet skiing for an extra cost. The road that the hotel was located on was full of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It was about a 1 km walk to old Rethymnon. The pool was awesome! However it closed at 6 pm ... I never asked why they closed so early. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quality, reliable hotel.

Nice hotel by the beach.
You have to cross the road to get to the beach. The sea was rough so we went somewhere else during the day. We found parking in front of the hotel both nights. There was a minor issue with the credit card at check in. They said the machine did not work and requested cash. It was resolved at check out. Breakfast was very satisfying. Service was good. About a mile from the center of town, a good walk by similar hotels, beaches and restaurants.

Vi hadde bestilt leilighet med 2 soverom. Det viste seg å være ett soverom og en stue med sovesofa. Møbler etc var gamle, sovesofaen hard. Aircond virket ikke på soverommet. Vi måtte si ifra mange ganger, og følte vi ikke ble trodd. Måtte få ett annet rom første natta, og dagen etter kom det noen reparatører som fikset den. Mye styr med folk ut og inn på rommet. Men selv da virket den bare innimellom og den lagde mye lyd hele natta. Frokosten var under middels. Dårlig utvalg. Men bassenget var helt ok og det var alltid ledige solsenger. Men alt det andre trakk veldig ned. Istedenfor flasker med vann på rommet, får man en vinflaske. Burde iallefall vært vann i tillegg. Minibaren var tom. Vi tok betjeningen og ledelsen i å lyve flere ganger. Men da vi konfronterte de med det, virket det ikke som de tok seg noe nær av det, eller brydde seg om det.

All our family rooms consist of 1 sleeping room and 1 living room and it is very clear in the description. Indeed, one of the A/C did not work and we apologize for that. That is why you were offered one more room without any extra charge until the A/C was repaired. Upon arrival, you were offered a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit, free of charge of course. We do not have mini-bars. We have refrigerators for you to cool drinks or refreshments. We hope you will give us the chance to offer you a more convenient stay with us, sometime in the future

What a great hotel!
A fantastic hotel, great buffet breakfast with really friendly staff. Our children want to go back every year- the pool was perfect for them and the massive beach opposite the hotel was never crowded. Great sunsets too in the evening. Fairly nice room, wonderful beach area, good breakfast buffet. Negative was that free parking was about 1 block from hotel in unsecured lot in residential neighborhood. Negative was that internet pictures implied beachfront hotel so I booked ocean view room only to find busy , noisy street between hotel and beach.

Very nice stay at Atlantis Beach.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Drinks are fairly expensive around the pool and bar, you will pay nearly €3 for a 250ml fizzy drink or small beer. All round a very good hotel with a supermarket right next door which is reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Fin beliggenhet, ok bassengområde, bra frokost og veldig hyggeligt personale, flott utsikt fra restaurant/baren mot byen og solnedgang, det som trekker ned er en litt sur lukt på rommet var der 4 døgn og den forsvant ikke så !! wifi er ikke så bra heller, personalet var veldig imøtekommende. Schönes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal
Wir haben 6 Tage dort verbracht (Ende April 2016 - Nebensaison). Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und es war sogar möglich ein glutenfreies Frühstück auf Anfrage zu bekommen. Das Hotel liegt etwa 10-15 Minuten Fußweg von dem Städtchen Rethymnon entfernt. Für uns war der Spaziergang aber immer einen willkommene Abwechslung zum Faulenzen am Pool bzw. Strand. Einziger Nachteil: Liegestühle am Strand sowie der Spa-Bereich müssen extra bezahlt werden. Ansonsten großes Kompliment an das fürsorgliche und aufmerksame Personal, das für eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre sorgt.
