Good hotel but terrible service.
Great clean room in the good location. But, why do we get the tough and unkind attitude from the staff of the front desk? I showed my intention to take message, but the guy in the front desk said, "Do you have the time of the message?" Ridiculous. I decide. Why did the staff give that kind of unacceptable response? If I were hus boss, I would fire him. I decided not to spend any money at this hotel.

The worst bed ever, either it was very low cost/ quality or the mattress is very old. The pillows are thick and cheapo. When we arrived the elevator to our tower was not working had to take the other tower elevator, get off at a higher floor and then cross and go down the stairs. Big mistake staying at this place because of the size of the room.

Arc Recoleta est un hôtel accueillant et propre . Le personnel est souriant et toujours disponible pour nous conseiller. À distance de marche de plusieurs lieux touristiques tel le cimetière Recoleta et la librairie El Ateneo . Plusieurs bons restaurants autour .

Staff was very helpful, spoke excellent English. We only stayed here 1 night before Cruise out of BA. It was perfect for us. Clean, location safe with several restaurants and bars within walking weeks before our trip, Concierge Enzo, arranged transport from EZE airport to hotel via email. Once at the hotel, Miguel arranged a taxi to transport us from hotel to cruise port for the next morning. Drivers did not speak much English, but were punctual, courteous and helped with luggage. Overall this was a very good and seamless experience for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very accommodating. I checked out, left my luggage with them while I went on a tour. When I returned, I was hot and sweaty. They let me use the spa area to shower and change before going to the airport.

Great hotel
This is truly a wonderful hotel, from the first early checkin to the late checkout a week later, everyone was so helpful and kind. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was large with good bathroom facilities, the TV had Roku access to many streaming sites. All in all a fabulous stay and very highly recommended in the lovely Recoleta neighbourhood.

Best thing about this hotel is its Location
We stayed in room 602. If you have paid for a Superior King Room with a Balcony, don't let them put you in this room unless they have checked the electrics or your hard of hearing. The room key (electronic) wouldnt work, took us several attempts, each time, before it finally would work. When u get in the room and insert the key to turn everything on, don't expect it to work. You have to push it down. But thr scaryist thing was lights wouldn't turn off by their switches..even when someone came up to show us what to do..they couldn't do it either. Then 5 mins or so it went off by itself. Breakfast was ok. Location was excellent.

Excellent Buenos Aires Hotel
Great hotel , great location, walkable to the Cemetary and other sites. Many restaurants near by. Recoletta is an affluent area very nice looking.

While hotel website shows nice spa area, it was closed for maintenance during my stay. I couldn't use roof top pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. I appreciate hotel mentions the closing dates online so that I wouldn't be disappointed.
