False and Misleading Statement of Facts.I answered the phone to you during my lunch break. I noticed a heightened abrupt tone in your voice when you asked to check in at 9:30am. We are a very popular motel where guests tend to hang around and enjoy the panoramic Sea View.So I explained that Guests are still vacating their rooms until 10:00am. Then the cleaners start. Because you booked through Wotif. The correct protocol is to send me a message through Wotif for changes to your booking. Then I would look into options available to you.Your reply to me was in a heightened abrupt tone and your words were not very nice. This behavior towards staff will never be tolerated. Because you were so abusive and upset with my reply. In the middle of my meal I sent you a generated letter that had three different options for you that would work. I received no reply for days so I then reached out to you via Wotif to try to help you.Then a few days later I received a response that you had booked somewhere else.Instead I receive a False and Misleading Statement of Facts Review. All the communications are recorded in the Watif message center.

It's imperative that you read the booking confirmation where this information is made aware to you, including check-in times which you unfortunately disregarded. After offering you a full refund you would not leave. As you said, ''you were too exposed''. Because the room you booked did not suit your special needs we moved you to the most private hiding place that we call sleepy hollow. Then you smoked in a non-smoking Motel outside your open window on the terrace under other guests' open windows who complained about the smoke so I had to tell you to smoke 10 meters away. There were at least 12 cigarette buts in one evening that I cleaned up.

Mollymook Ocean View Motel Management advises all future guests to read the Special check-in instructions and important information that you need to know and we should mention. Please note that cultural norms and guest policies may differ by country and by property; the policies listed are provided by the property and the amenities, guest services supplied. Designated smoking areas (fines apply). Sharlene did not read these or follow the listed House Rules, Check-in hours/procedures, Terms/Conditions. Unfortunately Sharlene and her partner arrived 1.20 hours too early, and could not provide the Credit card they paid with so I then had to refund and process the payment again. Due to the merchant policy combating fraud which requires us to verify the guests name on the Credit Card that they booked with that matches their face with there name on their ID and official address. They thought they could smoke outside their room instead of at the allocated-smoking-tables even after being informed by management they still proceeded to smoke outside their room, upsetting and affecting other guests' fresh air. Butts in the garden and there is nothing worse than being woken up with second hand smoke wafting into your bedroom window.
