완벽한 호텔
모든 면에서 완벽했다. 내가 가 본 호텔 중 최고였다. 객실은 모든 것이 갖추어져 있었고 매우 넓고 깨끗했다. 아침 식사도 최고였다. 마치 집에 있는 듯한 느낌이었다. 강력히 추천한다.

Our family's stay at the Staybridge Suites Sioux Falls, while a brief overnight stay, was pleasant and relaxing for all members. The room we had was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, french doors separating those from the bedroom and bath. This is ideal when traveling with family and is a rare find. The room was well cared for, immaculate, and had all provisions needed for us. Check in and check out at 3pm and 11am respectively, the staff are friendly and helpful, and their morning breakfast was deliciously presented and well maintained. One criticism is with the pool area. The wooden doors show signs of warpage, making them difficult to close. Otherwise, the pool and courtyard are fun and fabulous. An enjoyable experience and one I will consider when coming back through.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the room itself was perfect for 6 people. However the main bathroom light didn’t work over the vanity and the other bathroom toilet never flushed without having to take the lid off and reset the chain. Hot tub was unavailable and was never told that when confirming our reservations days before arriving.

It was nice and quiet when we were there. Plenty of parking and a great grassed area that made it easy to walk our dogs. The social hour was nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful spot, suites are basically medium apartments and the staff are SO kind and friendly. I switched to this hotel from another and while nothing against the other, it was a great choice.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool area was very clean and the hot tub was nice and hot.

Mold smell
Oct. 28, 2023 room 121 Visibility the hotel was clean. Our room was clean and neat, however our room had a terribly strong mold/mildew smell. We didnt get into our room until midnight, so switching room was not an option. Told the lady at the front desk, but she didnt seem to care much. She said the room just had new carpet and toilet installed, still not sure why that would create a moldy smell if there wasnt a presence of mold somewhere. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

The original room was smoky. We needed to move to smaller new room and did not receive a reduction in rates. They said that we could not be re-rated because Hotels.com needs to make that change. Please re-rate our stay.

This property was awesome! Easy access from Freeway, close to shops and dining. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The couch wasn't to comfortable but ok. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great.Will be staying here again.
