Nice place to stay, clean, convenient, good coffee and breakfast. Showers were excellent, plenty of hot water and modern. A parking garage next door, very reasonable price.

It is at a convenient location, clean with good breakfast. Charging 3 dollar for a bottle of water is not fair. Some hotels infact provide guests with bottle of water as a way of saying welcome

Well 1st off, they charged my debit card 3 seperate times for 1 stay! The staff was ok till i noticed that minor issue i guess. The room had dirty sheets...no bathtub...very disappointing WILL NEVER STAY THERE OR ANY OTHER HOLIDAY INN AGAIN!

The hotel is clean updated and convenient. Breakfast was included and exactly what we needed. The staff are awesome. Because this is a downtown location, the doors are key access only. The parking garage has security as well which is good. I would stay at this location again.

Upon arrival the clerk was friendly. Once we checked in to our room, room size was nice, but our sink was filthy. Took picture to clerk, she had had house keeping come clean our sink, but it was still unnerving. We were in this same location 2 weeks before for a medical procedure. Hampton Inn offered us free parking due to the reason for our stay. Holiday Inn said they could not accommodate this request.
