Ouray is spectacular. Honestly the most beautiful place on earth. This location was great to all the Hit Springs and town. Our room was a little noisy from the upstairs tenants but not horrible. The bed was very firm. Overall great stay.

This cute little place was super convenient to everything in town. Steve, the owner, was great. And although the previous guest left a problem for them, they got everything taken care of as quickly as possible and we appreciate all that they did to make our stay very nice.

Amazing how the room has absolutely everything you’d need. The owners have thought of every detail. Excellent location too. Noise from upstairs though—easily remedied with white noise. Hope to return.

Bathtub yes, bath - not quite
An excellent boutique overnight stay, but for me more like a really good unattended airbnb. One drawback that should cause a revision of the hotels.com listing title for the room I rented. The Mustang Room (upstairs) has a tub but you cannot take a bath because the drain plug is seriously defective. I mention this because I wanted a bath and for once the bathtub was prominently advertised in the listing. It shouldnt be. If you only want a shower ( with a low shower head) in a beautiful classic tub, this is the room for you. Indeed it has amazing views, wonderful amenities.

Main Street inn felt like home. All my favorite colors. convenient to downtown and off roading opportunities. Steve and Nova are so friendly and helpful. The bed was wonderful. perhaps an updated camode would be nice for a tall guy.

The room was quiet and the amenities were adequate. The only thing unusual was the DIY checkin/out. I encountered no one from the owner or staff on checkin/out. Although I didn’t have any problems and I was left a number to call, I still might have had an issue (e.g the wrong key provided, etc.) without someone on staff immediately at hand and in person. Hence the 3-star review for staff and service. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

It's the little things that count!
We were in the Cottonwood Room and can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable, lots of moving around room, convenient to all the activities we planned. The little things that counted for us - lots of storage (we were there for 6 nights), towels for our pup, really nice bath linens, brand new dish sponge in the kitchen (sounds silly but it matters), 2-ply toilet paper, ample counter space & storage in the bathroom, convenient parking, very good size refrigerator w/separate freezer. Easy walk to downtown. Highly recommend!!!! P.S. The room we were in is not the one in the photograph accompanying this form. Check the Ouray Main Street Inn website for photos of Cottonwood.

Great stay!
My stay was wonderful! This was an older home that has been renovated into apartments. I stayed in the Aspen junior suite and it was perfect for me and my dog. It has a full bath and a full bedroom and was like having my own studio apartment. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch and looking toward box canyon. The owners were very helpful and I was even greeted with a basket of sweet bread the first night!

The location was great! Nova (the owner) made sure we had everything we needed. There was even a welcome gift of homemade breads waiting for us when we arrived. We had our own private deck, which was great for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the property and surrounding area. Very easy check-in / check-out. Excellent location in the heart of Ouray with most restaurants within walking distance. I loved the room. I wasn't expecting it to be so big. Plus, this hotel is totally geared toward your pets. The patio was great too. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower. It was difficult to get it going and wasn't super strong.

Super friendly staff, nice cozy rooms, walking distance to town attractions. The self check in/out was super easy, and they were pet friendly! We recently had a great stay at the inn. We were warmly welcomed with some delicious zucchini apple bread which was such a nice treat after driving through the storm. The room was neat and clean. The bed was a little creaky but overall a great stay!

The proprietor has this lodge well stocked with good coffee and thoughtful creature comforts. There was some loose siding that flapped about in the wind, however the tv volume fixed it for me :)

We stayed in the Box Canyon Suite which has a full kitchen and separate sleeping room. Off the kitchen was a sitting area for watching TV. You can access a large deck directly from the room. There were two large screen TV's - one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. In general the unit was remarkably well stocked. The kitchen had just about anything you would need. There were lots of thoughtful touches and everything from a broom with dustpan, an iron with ironing board and towels to wipe down your dog. The place was spotless. We were there in the winter so it was quiet. Parking was just outside the room on the street. In snowed while we were there and I saw that the hosts actually shoveled a small path to the driver and passenger side of our car. Worth a five star rating for that alone. Anyway, the owners were very nice, the unit was everything we could have asked for and it was a very pleasant stay.
