최고의위치! 아주 만족스러운 호텔~
도착해 한층 올라가 체크인벨 누르는곳 누름 통화가능 금방 사람이왔다. 최고의위치~은의문 2분거리~ 매일밤 룩소르까페 음악들으러감. 방도 그만함 불편함없이 넓고,화장실 넓고 뭐 올려놓기 좋게 선반많고 밝고,거울도 많고 이거보다 싼곳도 있었지만 6월인데 시세도 안받았고 조식도 빵,쥬스,커피,과일, 계란요리등 충분했다 은의문 바로안왼쪽 레스토랑가서 먹는다.만족도 최고여서 split간다면 무조건 여기 묵을것이다. 우리는 트윈 선택했는데 그나마 1층으로 층계한번만 올라간다.

Love Split, Love this place, will stay again soon
Tifani was amaizing, she is a super host, whe waited for us (arrived really late due to weather conditions) she is very friendly and helpful, we stayed for a second time during our trip and we love her place, it is very modern and has everything covered, she was able to provide us parking for 15 dlls a day.

Super location
Tiffany Luxury rooms is great located just outside the the walls to Old Town of Split and in Waliking distance to the harbour and beaches. Breakfast is served in a nearby hotel (75 m walk). We enjoyed our stay in tiffanys luxury room and would definitly return ro this place again next in Split.

A localização é excelente! Muito próximo da estação de ônibus e do porto, com fácil acesso para quem está à pe e com malas. O único ponto negativo é que não tem elevador, por se tratar de um prédio antigo, como a maioria na região. Contudo, a Tifani me ajudou a carregar minhas malas pelas escadas até o quarto. Ela foi extremamente gentil e atenciosa! O café da manhã oferecido é muito bom!

Hebergement génial. Très propre avec le personnel agréable et arrangeant. L'emplacement est juste parfait, à 1min du palais Dioclétien et de la Riva,13min de la plage de sable et 5min des bus et ferry. Le seul hic pour moi est qu'il manquerait une petit table mais sinon c est tres satisfaisant

Great service
I suppose being inside the Palace walls might be more romantic, but at this price, being steps away from the Silver gate, it should make no difference. Convenient to markets and street parking, with exceptional service and a great breakfast, these clean, comfortable rooms are perfect for families with pets.

This is a lovely hotel room near everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Tifani is a lovely host and was very responsive and attentive.

The hotel is in a great location, across the street from the palace. There is a bar downstairs for the night people. Beautiful room!

It is close to anything a tourist would want! The breakfast was very good and the room comfortable. A/C or having window open. Quiet.

The room is comfortable and clean. You can have AC or the windows open because it’s quiet. Very close to Roman palace, museums, market, riva! There are stairs to the room. Stephan, the transport driver was very helpful and showed me around Salona and took me to airport. The breakfast is very good and in the old town. I would come back.

Great Location, right next to Old Town Split. Luka was amazing. Welcomed us, even provided a little gift for my friend whose birthday trip it was. He gave us great recommendations on what to do and where to go, also provided information on hiring a car. Best place to hire is Oryx. The staff at the restaurant where breakfast was provided was great. They were all kind and welcoming, when we told them we couldn't make it to breakfast, they packed some for us. Definitely recommend Tifani Luxury Rooms and Luka. Thanks for making the holiday amazing!

ホテル支配人のルカ（Luka、男性）は、とても親切で、いい人でした。 ホテル近くの交差点からスプリット空港までのタクシー手配もご対応頂きました。260クーナまたは35ユーロでした。 たしか最低でも20km位は離れていると思うので、かなり安い値段で移動できたと思います。 ちなみに、私はタクシーで約8km位を移動したところ、230クーナ取られました。なので、かなりリーズナブル（むしろかなりチープ）だと思います。 部屋はかなり綺麗でおしゃれでした。hotels.comで見た通りの部屋でした。 オールドタウンのシルバーゲートのすぐ近くにあり、この値段なら、また来ても良いかなと思いました。 ちなみに、朝食はオールドタウン内で、シルバーゲートを入ってすぐ左のところでした。ホテル内ではありません。 他のホテルと共用なのかな？と思いましたが、そのレストランの人達も、明るい人たちで、なんの問題もありませんでした。お料理を美味しかったです。ただ、朝食は男性には少ないかなと思いました。 また、ホテルには、歯ブラシセット、寝巻き、アイロンなどはありませんので、準備していったほうが良いです。 また、事務所には、常にスタッフがいるわけではないようです。私は、事前に到着時刻を伝えておきましたが、1時間ほど前倒しになってしまいました。ベルを鳴らしても、誰もいませんでした。なので、hotels.comに記載されていた番号に国際電話をかけて、連絡を取りました。出てくれたのが、Lukaでした。5分くらいで来てくれました。 通常のホテルでは、このようなことはないと思います。クロアチアのオールドタウンあたりのホテルは、部屋貸しタイプのホテルなので、少し注意は必要かもしれません。 私はドゥブロヴニクで経験していたので、それほど困らなかったのかもしれません。 このようなホテル形態は、ある程度慣れている人なら、全く問題ないかもしれないです。ただ、全くの初心者であれば、少し戸惑うかもしれませんね。日本では、あまりない形なので。 ただ、トータルとしては、すごく良かったです。 慣れてる人には、お勧めです。

Luka very helpful with helping us with directions, restaurant recommendations, and even made a dinner reservation for us. Room was nice with great location from old town wall entrance and ferry.

Dejlig lejlighed i et støjfyldt område
Det er en rigtig dejlig, smuk og ren lejlighed. Den ligger centralt og servicen i forbindelse med modtagelse af os var rigtig fin og hjælpsom. Indretningen var helt ny og meget lækker. Gode senge - meen lejligheden ligger oven på et værtshus med meget støj og råben indtil kl. 02.00 hver nat. Der er lydt i lejlighederne og overboen trampede rundt på gulvet også til meget sent. Jeg måtte for første gang nogensinde købe ørepropper på apoteket. - Så på grund af støjen kommer vi ikke igen; men alt andet er perfekt.

If you just told us we would react and give you outside room with private entrance on the other side of building. Excellent location and service
Very well located (walking distance from port). Apartment is very nice, fully renovated (in an old building). Luka, the property manager very nice and on time to do the check-in. Breakfast is included. It is not in the property but in a restaurant one block away. And it was delicious.

Nice Stay
Great location very close to roman castle. Couple flights of stairs to get to room (no elevator). Breakfast a short walk away and is a nicely prepared hot meal (not buffet) in a pleasant setting. Room itself is nice, clean, though a bit small considering price. Bathroom (especially shower) a little small also. Small nit - water temp hard to control w/o getting scalding hot water (limited hot water before having to wait for water tank to reheat but it wasn't a problem for us). No tissues provided, but this seems to be norm in Croatia. Manager (Luka) was terrific, providing useful info at check in, and arranged take away food the night before for one breakfast we had to miss due to an early departure for excursion. Wifi worked well. Overall would recommend.

Easy improvements could be made to the main entrance. Also, a bit more coordination with the administrator should be improved. Not a deal breaker, but the room could benefit from having blackouts in the windows. Great location.

Great location with excellent service
Can get a bit noisy at night which is quite obvious because of its central location. Would give manager Luka a special mention for being extra helpful and going out of his way to help us with everything and at anytime of the day.

De accommodatie ligt direct in het centrum dicht bij de zee. Ondanks dat is het zeer rustig want er komt geen verkeer. De manager is geen moeite teveel en zeer behulpzaam.

Kun tulimme piskuiselle ( 4huoneen) hotellillemme, meidät otti ystävällisesti vastaan hotellin johtaja Luka. Hän esitteli meille huoneemme ja lähti jopa näyttämään meille aamiaisravintolamme restaurant Tiffanyn, joka sijaitsi n. 1min kävelymatkan päässä vanhassa kaupungissa. Lisäksi hän näytti meille pari hyvää ravintolaa ja kertoi hieman vanhan kaupungin historiasta. Hotellihuone oli viihtyisä, erittäin siisti ja moderni. Sänky oli hyvä, samoin petivaatteet. Säilytystilaa oli aivan riittävästi muutaman päivän majoittumista varten. Varustuksiin kuului kapselikeitin(+ 3 kapselia/ pv) ja erilaisia teelajeja. Lisäksi fööni, tv, viinilasit, koneellinen, itse säädettävä ilmanvaihto, sateenvarjot( eteisaulassa). Wi-fi toimi erinomaisen nopeasti. " Room servicer" Anna , ihana, palvelualtis nuori tyttö siivosi huoneet joka päivä, vaihtoi myös pyyhkeet päivittäin. Respaa ei ollut, mutta Lukan tavoitti aina tarvittaessa s- postilla tai puhelimitse. Aamiaisravintolassa aamiainen tarjoiltiin pöytiin, joissa olevien menujen perusteella sai tehdä tilausta sitä mukaa kuin halusi. Erityisesti munakas kinkku- juusto- vihannestäytteellä oli herkullinen! Miestarjoilija oli myös huipputyyppi! Hotellin sijainti oli loistava: vanhan kaupungin nähtävyydet ihan äärellä, vihannes-hedelmätori kulman takana, konditoria 20m päässä, Rivalle 300m. Ainut miinus oli huoneemme alapuolella ollut Black dog- baari, josta yhtenä alkuyönä kuuluva musiikki häiritsi unta...

A couple in October 2018
The room was very modern & comfortable. Well located close to the Diocletian Palace and the Riva esplanade. Breakfast was taken in the nearby Tiffani restaurant and was average with not a lot of selection,had to peel the basic fruit &only bread, no croissants, but very good coffee. Good value even including paying for breakfast at another restaurant on days 3&4. Split was wonderful with lots of great restaurants & fascinating walks.

Excellent comfortable room in a terrific location just outside the palace and a very short walk from the bus station. Very clean, and quiet. The host was very welcoming and accommodating, and there is also daily housekeeping. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice room in Split, would stay there again!

Eccezionale sotto ogni profilo. Location comodissima accanto al Palazzo di Diocleziano. Arredi eleganti e manutenzione perfetta. Parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze (ma ci vuole un po' di fortuna...). Ottima colazione inclusa nel prezzo in un bar all'interno del Palazzo di Diocleziano...
