This has to be the worst experience we’ve ever had. First thing we see as we go up the elevator to go to our room when the door opens it’s completely dark no lights at all like in a horror movie, as you walk the lights turn barely on and flickering it was insane I never thought a hotel would be like that and I wish we could upload video to show how it looks nothing like the pictures everything is peeling and lots of weird stains on the floor, the bed sheets had crumbs and who knows what else, the bathtub was nasty they could’ve at least removed the mildew from the corners before having guests stay in there. Not to mention an alarm starting ringing in the middle of a the day with no warning or announcements to us when we checked in. At night we kept hearing very weird noises and footsteps at 3am in the morning along with a woman screaming at 12pm. We opened the door at night to get food and it’s pitch black, we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. That area of the city is not safe which is my fault I should’ve done more research. They would not give us our money back so we left the next day that’s how bad it was, their post is so deceitful, the hotel looks nothing how it looks and the reviews are fake obviously. The only night I stayed the only thing I can say if you don’t care about the horrible hotel is the bed was very comfortable that’s it.

Don't choose this hotel! The room was dirty at our arrive, and the staff has said to us that the clean of the room they do it only after four days of staying in the hotel...it is a shame! Hair in the shower, food in the floor... furtermore, the wc in the toilet was broken, the door of the toilet was broken and the bed and the cushions were very uncomfortable, impossible to sleep here! The staff doesn't help us!

Tive que esperar mais de 20 minutos para entrar no quarto. Não estava arrumado e a desculpa foi que um funcionário da limpeza estava doente. Não fizeram a limpeza do dia seguinte, apesar da funcionária estar no meu andar na hora que saí do quarto. O carpete do piso é muito sujo.

Good choice for short stay and modest price
not the fanciest hotel, but good for the price. Good connection to Metro and to the Airport. Very generous size of room. The only small minus is dated furniture and dust in wardrobes. We are overall are satisfied with our stay.

Entsprach nicht den Erwartungen
Die Lage ist ok, weil Metro und Bushaltestelle in der Naehe, Zimmer geraeumig, aber nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend was Kueche mit Mikrowelle, Kochnische etc. anbetrifft. Diese Teil war abgesperrt und nicht zugaenglich (siehe Bild). Zimmer selbst war sauber, aber optisch nicht gemuetlich und den Erwartungen entsprechend. Ansonsten hinterlaesst das Hotel einen recht schmuddeligen Eindruck, wie das Bild vom Teppich zeig.

Dès l'arrivée les problèmes ont commencé... contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur hotel.com, avoir accès à la cuisine nécessite un supplément, que j'ai refusé de payer bien sur! Le réceptionniste nous dit que c'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais de hotel.com et finis par dire je vous en fait cadeau (bien que je l'ai payé à hotel.com)! Arrivé devant la chambre, des taches plein la moquette du couloir, dans l'appartement de la poussiere et des morceaux de plastique au sol mais aussi dans les aérations de la clim, des toilettes avec des restes des locataires précédents (beurk!), des draps sales et tâchés de sang (re-beurk). En plus de cela la lumiere qui ne fonctionne pas dans la cuisine, une ampoule grillée dans la pièce principale. Et le pire, de l'eau plein le frigo accompagné de moisi et un tuyau apparent avec les branchements en guise de hotte. Les photos sont parlantes... Je ne recommande pas et en tout cas banissez la chambre 609...

Hotel muito bom. Está mais afastado do centro, porém tem estação de metrô logo atravessando a rua. Tem estacionamento por €15 a diária. A recepção não é 24h, precisa verificar antes da chegada o horário pra não ter inconvenientes. Quarto grande, confortável e limpo. Banheiro bom, água quente (único detalhe que a água do banheiro escorria um pouco fora e molhava o banheiro). Café da manhã muito bom! Funcionários simpáticos!

The room was dirty with hair all over, in the bathroom and on the sheets. Reserved the room for two people and check in as such but they gave only one bath-towel. The kitchenette was closed off. There was stain of food and other unidentifiable substances on the walls and curtains. On the plus side, the facility is far from downtown but easily accessible through public transportation. The breakfast is OK for the price but could been better. The fried eggs were cold. The breakfast host lady who was working there is super nice and extremely helpful despite language barrier issues. The reception was basic business transaction. The receptionists (two male who are there only at certain hours) were barricaded behind glass windows makes it feel like a high security facility! Carpets in the hallway were dirty also. The whole building looks like it needs some refreshing!

It was nice that the man behind the desk called at like 6 if we would make it before the check-in time. However i had to tell him 6 times that we would be there before 10. The check-in went alright, it was quick and easy. However, i booked two rooms, two months in advance. And somehow we were on 2 completely different floors. Luckily both guests from the rooms were adults, but it is odd that if you book two rooms under the same family name that you get separated. The rooms were okay. The carpets were really gross, and the kitchen was apparently paid for extra, not included in your stay like Expedia made it sound like. The road next to the hotel was loud, but that is normal for a hotel next to a public road. Room 305 had weird stains on the bedsheets, and room 504 had loads of hairs (not ours), and someone's nails in the bed. The bathroom was clean and neat though, but that was about everything that was clean in the room. The weirdest thing was that the doors could not close properly. 305's door could hardly close properly, at least 2 fingers could be pushed between the door. 504 had one finger pushed between the door, and the second lock could not be clicked on normally without having to put your full body weight at the bottom of the door. It felt unsafe, considering all t hat stopped the door was a simple magnetic lock and a passcode. Not your usual card key or key itself. We slept light and with a chair in front of the door due to this. It's... Ok? Could be better!

Comfortable stay
Apparently, I had not ordered a room with a kitchen but there were also no cups available at all, so I asked to have some. Instead, I was given access to the whole kitchen which was great. The only downside was that the microwave wasn't working. As it was generous to give me the kitchen at all, I couldn't complain, though. But cups certainly should be provided even if the kitchen wasn't ordered.

Je suis refroidie quand à l' hôtel choisi surtout quand on voit le prix. Mal insonorisé avec le boulavard devant. Mon collègue a pris un hôtel sur le theme de la BD, il était bien mieux installé que moi et pour moins cher mais aussi bien plus accueillant. J'ai pris le petit dejeuner 1 fois et cela m'a calmé pour les autres jours. 15 € et pas de choix (1 buffet tout petit) et en plus la personne était très désagréable. Je vais souvent a Brussels mais plus dans cet hôtel.

Pas top mais le prix était intéressant.
C'était moyen. Chambre spacieuse mais les oreillers étaient grands et pas confortables du tout. La salle de bain est spacieuse mais l eau de douche était faible. La télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. Dimanche matin l alarme inédite s est déclenchée à 8 h. La moquette avait des taches. Le personnel était gentil mais pas tres compétant.
