하...진짜 별로 완전 별로!!!!! 프랑스랑 이태리 엄청 비교되네요;, 여기는 객실 와이파이 안되고 커피포트.전자렌지 없어서 이용도 못함.. 밤에 라면 조차 못 끓여 먹고 배에서 꼬르륵 거리면서 자야되었어요.. 4성급 이라는데 말이 4성급이고 여관 보다 못함 그리고 체크아웃할때 추가요감 세금내는데 1박당 6유로 인가 나옴 개빡침ㅡㅡ 총60유로 나옴 무튼 좋은경험하고 가요

최악의 호텔. 특히 여자직원!! 다른 호텔 가세요
최악의 호텔! 카운터에 앉은 여자 엄청 무례함. 청소하지 말라고 표시하고 갔는데, 청소해놔서 왜 했냐고 했더니 그 표시를 몰랐다고함. 말도 안되는 변명. 더 화가 나는건 직원의 태도였음. 커피포트도 없고, 와이파이도 로비만 되는데, 그마저도 잘 안됨. 냄새나고 화장실도 더럽고, 침구도 엄청 더러움. 진심으로 다른 호텔 가시길. 이 호텔때문에 로마에 대해 안 좋은 추억만 가져감

Super location attaccata a Termini. Zona molto tranquilla e hotel silenzioso. Buona il materasso. Da rivedere secondo me la colazione (non solo mele come frutta) e la doccia.

This hotel gives you exactly what you pay for; convenient location with a reasonable price for the area. We stayed on the fourth floor. Fairly warm in the room with a slow, but functioning air conditioner. The room is small, as the hotel photos depict. Our sheets were clean and towels replaced daily. Washroom was small, but clean. Staff was friendly, from our limited interaction with them. Breakfast is simple and convenient. Wifi functioned well enough in our room to be able to utilize video chat. Don’t expect perfection, but also do not expect to spend a fortune.

Atención y limpieza excelente. El desayuno no está incluido y no lo aclaraba cuando alquile. Sale 9€ por persona. La habitación súper chica. La ducha también. En fotos parecía más grande todo.

It is very close to the termini train station. There are restaurants nearby. The double bed it two twins pushed together, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The shower was a bit strange, no shower curtain and the tub was really high up.

Muy cerca de la terminal! El desayuno podría estar mejor, pero no es nada malo, al igual que los cuartos, un poco viejos, pero su ubicación está perfecta! Hay elevador y la atención es muy buena, todos amables! Y puedes dejar tus maletas luego del check out!!

The staff is super friendly and eager to help. I have enjoyed every single interaction with all the staff. I was also very pleased because the great majority of the staff knew at least Spanish and English.

Struttura obsoleta, senza frigpbar in camera e senza bar di servizio. Bagno sporco. Arredi vecchi. Colazione con macchina dispensatrice di caffè e. Cappuccino decisamente di gusto poco gradevole. Zona frequentata da extracomunitari che bevono birra sugli scalini davanti all'hotel .

Un bell'albergo che necessita di miglioramenti
Albergo appena ristrutturato, ma che deve essere ancora rifinito. La mancanza del porta carta igienica e di sostegni per gli asciugamani rende difficile la gestione del bagno. Così come la difficoltà a scaldare la camera in giorni particolarmente freddi per Roma. La colazione non è all'altezza dell'offerta e il caffé va assolutamente migliorato. Di contro il personale è estremamente professionale e gentile e sempre pronto ad accogliere le richieste della clientela. Ma un posto dove tornerei.

Összessében megfelelő. Talán nem nevezném 4 csillagnak ,de nagyon erős 3-as, vagy valóban egy gyenge 4 csillagos. Összességében tiszta, ez jó. A karbantartásra jobban figyelhetnének, lenne mit renoválni a szobákban. Az ágy sajnos kényelmetlen. Nem vagyok finnyás, de a matrac ki van feküdve, gödörben alszol. Picit többet vártam. Pürdőben itt ott , minimális de penész előfordul. Ettől eltekintve jó minőség, élhető, 2-3 éjszakát ki lehet bírni viszonylag kényelmesen. Recepció jó és segítőkész. Poggyászmegőrző van. Reggeli fenn van a tetőn, ami látványos, jól esik ott reggelizni. Ajánlom a hotelt!

Located on quiet street near busy train station. Staff is helpful and breakfast is good too. Unfortunately hotel requires major work, many things are broken. Room we stayed was so small that only place for suitcase was the desk.

Wir lieben das Hotel wegen der guten Verkehrsanbindung. Das Personal ist super nett und immer bereit Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Für einen Städtetrip optimal. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt bedingt zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind für eine Schlafmöglichkeit optimal. Nicht aber für eine Nutzung darüber hinaus zu empfehlen. Preis und Leistung sind unübertroffen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und auch mit wechselnden Angeboten in Buffetform. Für einen Romaufenthalt bis zu 7 Tagen wirklich eine sehr günstige Bleibe. Vor allem ist man schnell auf Grund der Nähe zum Termini an allen Ecken der Stadt. Aber auch in 20 Minuten zu Fuß z.B. am Colosseum, spanischer Treppe oder den Brunnen.

Teeny tiny room
Ist, the room was tiny probably 8x8 - and it wasn't just our room. We saw several on our floor that appeared to be the same and the desk clerk said all rooms were the same. There was no dresser for clothes. But there was a hook in the hallway! The bathroom was clean and modern but again there really wasn't any space to store toiletries and there was some mold on the shower tiles. We stayed at this property for 3 nights, and for the 1st 2, the TV didn't work. On the 2nd day someone came to "fix" the tv and while it was obvious that the cable was frayed and needed to be replaced, the "repair man" had no tools or equipment of any kind with him. On the 3rd day the tv worked thanks to a new cable being installed. The breakfast was a bright spot in our stay. A good assortment of fresh pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cuts and cheeses are offered along with 3 different juices, coffee and hot chocolate. No complaints there. The location, 2 blocks from the train terminal was as expected and there were several nice restaurants in easy walking distance and there is a convenience store and a self service laundry across the street. My wife was concerned about people who were milling around the hotel but it seemed to be quiet after around 9pm. Management was very responsive to our requests for extra towels, pillows and bath products

It deserves "2 star"
I assume the photos were taken 10-20 years ago. Definately not a 4-star hotel anymore, everything aged, rooms was smaller than image, could not open my 24" suitcase on the floor. Twin bed packed together, one mattress OK and another one too-too soft that made my back sore. Lobby size is not bad but the big problem is wifi only available here (not in the room) in lobby where sofas are shabby with dirts and some seats are so hard just to prevent you sitting too long. The positive is location, just 200m from Rome Train Terminal and staffs are nice and helpful.

hotel je na odlicnoj poziciji 200 metara od Terminija ali u sporednoj ulici tako da nema buke, dorucak za talijenske pojmive je odlican ali doslovno i vise nego dolican. kreveti bi mogli biti bolji ali sve u svemu ok.
