침대에서 삐걱거리는 소리가 났으며 샤워커튼이 있으면 좋게다는ᆢ샤워기 걸이가 바깥쪽을 향하고 있어 샤워할때 손으로 계속 들고 있어야했습니다. 또 샤워기물이 바닥에 떨어지면 배수구로 잘 빠지지 않고 흥건했으며 욕실과 방에 문턱이 없어 방으로 물이 흘러나오기도 했음. 방문앞에 수건을 대놓고 있어야함 방음이 잘안되요ㅡㅡ;ᆢ 그외에는 다 좋았습니다ᆢ작지만 엘리베이터도4 개 있고 무료조식도 훌륭했습니다. 24시간 프론트에 직원이 상주하고 있고 가장좋은점은 테르미니 역에서 5ㅡ6분정도 걸립니다. 찾기도 아주 쉽습니다. 만약 또 로마에 간다면 이용할것입니다

로마에 와도 다시 오지 않을 호텔
우선 와이파이가 방에서 전혀 안터집니다. 로비 전용 와이파이라 로비에서만 터지는데 느려요 ㅠㅠ 심지어 방에서 현지유심도 잘 터지지 않았어요 4박했는데 도중에 취소하고 다른곳으로 옮길까도 생각해봤습니다 숙소 내부는 괜찮았는데 좁았습니다. 3일째 조식먹을때 커피머신(조식먹는 곳) 주위나 음식 주위에 날파리들이 날라다니더라구요 그런데 다음날 주스 나오는 머신기 음료 뽑아먹으려고 했는데 음료에 날파리가 2마리 있는채로 같이나오더군요......당장 버리고 아침밥맛 떨어졌어요 조식 먹는 곳에 있는 커피 머신보다 프론트 앞에 있는 커피 머신 커피가 더 맛있어서 거기서 돈주고 뽑아먹었습니다. 다음에 로마오면 다시 가진 않을것같네요

The air conditioner was not working on a hot summer day, and I couldn't use hot water in the morning. But the room was tidy.

친절하게 해주면 좋을 것 같음.
예약내역 보여줬는데 보지도 않고 확인도 안해보고 잘못된 방 안내해줘서 내 예약과 다르다고 확인해보라고했더니 되려 나보고 내 행동이 이해할 수없다고 확인해보고 오라고 했던 점,결국엔 본인이 잘못 안내해서 미안하단 말 한마디 없어서 기분이 안좋았음. 와이파이가 방에서는 연결이 안되고 로비에서만 연결되고 신호가 약한게 아쉬움. 패키지 손님이 많아서 좀 시끄러움. 조식이 종류가 많지않고 빨리 안채워져서 기다리거나 요청하면 채워줬는데 개선되면 좋을것 같음. 테르미니역에서 도보로 10분거리이고 찾기 쉬움. 주변 안위험함.나름 청결함.

아주 좋은 호텔!!
호텔 너무 만족스러웠고 좋았어요! 역이랑도 가깝고 좋은시설 좋은직원 모든게 완벽했습니다 조식도 만족스러웠고 객실상태 또한 훌륭했습니다 다시 로마에 간다면 여기에서 숙박하고싶네요!

Good location, close to metro. Good breakfast (brioches are average) Terrible bathroom: during shower, water floods the entire bathroom. No bidet. On back of hotel there is a restaurant... all fried oil smoke arrives to windows of the room (e.g. room 104, 204 etc...)

Regio rates!
Location very good for our short stay in Rome; sightseeing and Ryder Cup Golf. Within 10 minute walk to main train station and metro if required, (needed for the golf). Friendly restaurants on doorstep. The towels could have been better and a lightbulb needed changing in the room. Otherwise comfortable base.

Bathroom had tub with holdable shower head, very difficult to shower with no curtain or barrier- entire bathroom got wet including toilet paper roll. Bed was okay, not uncomfortable, not comfortable. Only 3 pillows in the room. Could have complained about these things, but only thete a couple of days waiting ti go hkme, so didnt bother. Overall not a luxury hotel and not horrible, a good solid place to stay fir the price.

Exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very close to Termini and the air condition was turned on the whole time which was great. Very nice classical room. The bed however was not very comfortable.

Hotellet är i bra läge nära tågstationen och buss men det finns inget i rummet så som te eller kaffe rummet är litet finns inget dusch bara badkar jätte konstigt.

Todo bien con mi estancia, definitivamente regresaría, lugar súper conectado a 5 min caminando de Termini y de Piazza de la República. El personal amable y atento. Lo único que no me gusto fue que no tuvieran traslado al aeropuerto y plancha para ropa. Por todo lo demás muy buena estancia.

Beds need updating
This is a great mid range hotel, great location to everything. Not much to look at outside but the inside is well maintained. But, the beds and pillows are horrible. It seems so much attention is paid to how everything looks, when what the average person will always insist on when traveling is a good nights sleep. Which, of course, needs a good bed and pillows. Neither the beds or pillows even come close to acceptable.

It was a great affordable place to stay in Rome. Super cute rooms and balcony. Great service and very close to the train station as well as the bus terminal. Prime location for getting around Rome by foot or transit

Nous avons mis les serviettes par terre pour les changer et elles ont étaient seulement replier et remise à leur place alors que elles étaient sale. Les poubelles ont étaient jeter 3j plus tard ! Personnel agréable mais peu efficace, nous avons du réclamer plusieurs fois les mêmes choses sur 5j ! Emplacement bien ceci dit

I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is opposite a mini market and shop which is handy for getting essentials for a good price. The hotel room itself was quite small. I could not fit on the toilet without my back hitting into the sink (not fat). The bath has a shower head on it but have to hold it in one hand and wash with the other due to how low it is situated. The bidet is so close to the toilet and bath that I could not stand out of the bath to dry myself in the bathroom. On the bath I had issue changing it from the bath tape to shower as the cap broke twice before working .The air conditioner was really good at this hotel and would come back to a really nice cool temperature. With the amenities you get a shower cap and bar of soap. It would be better if shower gel would be included. The room was clean and kept tidy. For the price of the hotel in rome it is good with its location, but lacks quality.

Maybe one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in
The breakfast was decent - that's about where the good stopped. The thermostat was backwards, so we spent a night baking. There wasn't enough water pressure to keep the showerhead going, so taking a bath was pretty much our only option - the trouble with that was that there wasn't enough hot water to even get close to filling a tub. Stay somewhere else - anywhere else.
