Staff does their job but did not come off very friendly. They also don’t seem to be at the front desk much. You have to ring a bell to get a person to come to the desk. Perhaps they need more staff. Rooms are not cleaned daily. If u want that there will be an extra charge. Complimentary coffee in lobby. They are located near 2 major subway stations and are walking distance to Tsukiji market and high end shopping district.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. It's not the biggest room for two adults and a 23 month old, but it was enough for the amount of time we were there. I liked that there was a washer/dryer in our room, and that the hotel was very close to both the Ginza and Higashi Ginza train stations. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

My wife and I love staying at the Tokyu Stay Ginza for the convenience of getting to the hotel from Haneda airport and all the areas within walking distance. The Higashi Ginza station is literally outside the hotel and it’s easy to get to many places of interest. The residence rooms are the best because there’s a functional kitchenette and more space for longer term travelers like us. The best part if the in-room washer/dryer. Means you can pack less and buy more to take back home with you!

I loved Tokyo and was glad I chose this hotel. I really appreciated its proximity to two different Metro stations. Also, it’s right in the middle of exciting Ginza!

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make it convenient for us both our rooms were in the same floor. Washer inside the room was a big bonus. The room was a little dusty and smelled of urine in the bathroom though I think it can be cleaner. Tub was useful water pressure was excellent. Location is great! I would stay again for the washing machine but please housekeeping can improve. Thanks!

This is an efficiency hotel with minimal services (although much better than what you'd expect in a comparably rated US hotel). Great location on all accounts if you want to shop and have easy access by walking, taxi or subway lines to key places to visit in Tokyo. If you have the right expectations for what the property has to offer, you will not be disappointed.

I believe Tokyu Stay is a chain and I will probably avoid staying at any of them on my future visits to Tokyo based on my experience at this one in Ginza. First the hotel is not very clean. The carpets were extremely dirty. They need to be professionally cleaned or better yet replaced. The hotel had an overall dingy feel. There is no real lobby unless you count a couple of chairs and a sea of suitcases left out in the open. They also have a very strict check in time at 3 PM. While most hotels have a similar check in time, they are never strict about it if they actually have clean rooms available. Here it just felt like they kept everyone arbitrarily waiting until 3 o'clock on the dot. The best part is when it came to checking out there was no late check out without a fee. I'm talking no more than 20-30 minutes. Nope you're gonna get charged for that. So you're telling me it takes four hours to clean a room. I can tell you one thing, they're not cleaning the carpets.
