Nice budget hotel, would stay again.
Great and very clean hotel. Comfy bed. Amazing location, near walking street and supermarket. The staff on reception was a little slow and took a while to check me in, but i did arrive after 10pm. Would stay here again when i return to pattaya.

Highly recommend Mosaik
Booked to stay here for 2 nights and ended up staying 4 more. Really nice big room, comfy bed, Friendly staff and good housekeeping. Good wifi. Big Spacious room and great location, not far from beach road and walking street. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great stay for the price
Everything you need for a stay in Pattaya! Full size fridge, AC, balcony; and if you smoke, this place is smoking friendly. The walk to walking street is like 8 mins...it can get tedious if you're walking back and forth everyday. Or you can just get a motorbike taxi for like 60 baht ($2) each way. Very quiet, staff was nice, daily room cleaning, and 2 free bottled waters per day. If you dont mind walking .4 miles to the beach everyday, this place is for you!

Absolutely amazing hotel. The lift wasn't working when I arrived so the staff carried my case up the stairs. The lift was working by the end of the day. A light was flickering in my room and the cleaning staff reported it for me and they was replaced straight away. The staff went above and beyond and the rooms were cleaned daily which was great. The rooms are very big and nicely decorated and it was great to be able to cook and eat in the room which is a great bonus. Also very close to Tukom but very quiet no noise from the street below. Would 100% stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

快適に過ごせる事が出来ました。
気軽に滞在出来て快適に過ごせる事が出来ました。 近くに屋台やデパートわマクドナルド、スターバックス、銀行、コンビニがあり立地条件 は最高です。 ウォーキングストリートまで徒歩10分くらいで行けます。 また利用したいと思います。

Buena opcion para disfrutar vida nocturna Pattaya.
El aparthotel esta situado a pocos metros del centro comercial especializado en productos electrónica TUKCOM, en cuyos bajos también hay un supermercado. Se encuentra a uno 8-10 minutos andando de Walking Street, y facil acceso a otras zonas de Pattaya por medio de "10 bath bus" que se puede parar en la puerta del TUKCOM. Las habitaciones son grandes, tv, nevera grande, platos,vasos, cubiertos, etc. Pero en el caso de la habitaciones carecen de cocina.Asimismo el aire acondicionado es algo ruidoso. Carece de bar o restaurante, pero se pueden encontrar en abundancia en las proximidades. La calle donde esta situado es tranquila, dado que no hay ningún beer-bar o similar con música alta por las noches.. En resumen una buena opción para disfrutar de la vida nocturna de Pattaya.

El establecimiento esta situado en una calle tranquila, al lado del centro comercial de electrónica y telefonía Tukcom, dentro del cual también se encuentra un supermercado, bancos, cajeros automáticos, cafés y restaurantes comida rápida. A unos 10 minutos andando de Walking Street, y fácil comunicación con el resto de Pattaya mediante "10 bath bus". Mercado nocturno a pocos metros. Es un aparthotel por lo que los servicios son limitados (recepción solo horas oficina, quedando luego solo vigilante, sin comedor ni bar, ni pìscina) El estado de conservación es bueno aunque ya se empieza a notar el tiempo en algunos aspectos como los aparatos de aire acondicionado. En general una buena opción para quien quiera disfrutar de la vida nocturna de Pattaya.

Ich habe 3 x das Zimmer gewechselt . Da Insekten im Zimmer waren. Sehr viele und größere Exemplare . Zimmer war nicht sauber . Lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden und im Bad. Hotel war früher ok , jetzt ekelt es mich davor . Hab nur gehofft das die Kakalaken nicht in meinen Koffer kommen.

Quiet accommodation and well suited to me
Check in was no problem with a keyless entry system for the main door. I had a bid spacious room with good air con . The bedding and towels good of been nicer as they both seemed pretty old and thread bare.

hi, it was ok apart from cleaning service .it was horrible cleaning .cleaning ladies were very rude. they did rushed job everyday. didn't do proper cleaning.

Good.
The building spans across two streets and therefore, has a door on each road. Google maps will send you to the entrance opposite the Boutique City hotel and you cannot access the reception via this door as it is locked. The entrance is on the other road; next to Ristorante Italiano and opposite Holiday Homes / DMC Inter Law. The room was clean but very basic (e.g. no mirror in the room) with a sink for washing plates, etc (but no microwave or cooker) and a fridge. Shower was good with a curtain. 15 mins walk to Walking Street or central Pattaya.

Good for the price
Good convenient and relatively quiet location behind the TukCom centre. 2 mins walk from the food Market on Pattaya South road, and 10 mins walk from Walking Street. On check-in hot water system was broken but replaced by the time I returned to the room 3 hours later. Had issues with a leaking air con unit which kept on leaking after being fixed. Overall, the room was good for the price, and the staff were helpful when a query was brought up. I do wish, however, that they at least had "Do not disturb" signs so the cleaning ladies wouldn't interrupt your sleep/privacy when it was needed.

Very good value !
Great value , clean rooms, close to pratically everything except the beach but im not a beach person, but close to markets, shopping centres, walk to Pattaya shopping centres. Room was cleaned everyday, bed was a very big comfy bed, have lifts to all floors, 24 hour security patrols.

Oda büyüklüğü yeterli.Mini mutfakta yemek yapılabilir buzdolabı kasa klima tv mevcut. Walking streete yürüterek 10 dakika Tuktuk ile 5 dakika. Fiyat olarak yüksek sezonda rakam uygun. Apart tarzında, giriş kapısı bağımsız!Daha önce 2 kez daha kalmıştım tavsiye ederim.
