Fantastic service, beautiful room, great location
Superior service from all the staff. Friendly, effective, efficient, and accurate. The room was fantastic, with a free upgrade, probably because I stayed several days. The hotel location is fantastic, with the most exclusive shops just around the corner, and many more within ten minutes walking.

We stayed in a “newer room” I was not impressed the furniture was dinged and scraped. Alarms from stores went off all night. I love a good room and I wasn’t impressed with this hotel. Four seasons has a level of grand and impressive and this one was not. Breakfast was great though and staff were nice.

The property is beautiful and has a perfect location in the middle of the fashion district. I would highly recommend this property if you are spending time in Milan.

Best experience with four seasons
The whole experience with four seasons from begining to end was out standing. I will be going back. All staff members were polite and kind. Service all round was amazing.

Great location, good food. Rooms are comfortable, our suite was spacious and nice but view was terrible for $1200 a night. We stay there almost every year and I am a Expedia gold member but it didn’t mean a thing to them. Very disappointed that they don’t even have loyalty for the returning guests. Otherwise all was great.

Ristorante ottimo! Servizio da Four Seasons! Impeccabile. Il corridoio e veramente triste con moquette anti sporcizia Marrone e applique brutte. La stanza avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Letto e cuscini meravigliosi come sempre e bagno di marmo grande ed elegante.

Worst Four seasons I have ever seen in my life! Furniture OLD!! Housekeeping was not clean and unprofessional! Location is amazing I can say that is only advantage and the rest i can rate it as 1 star hotel! Will never come back again to this hotel.

家族４人で2部屋に宿泊しました。 セミスイートでしたが充分な広さで、バスルーム・トイレもとても広く、家具や設備も優雅でした。 ミネラルウォーターの補充も頻繁にしてくれ、従業員は皆丁寧でにこやかでした。 安くはないですが、この満足度なら、ミラノではまた必ずこのホテルにしようと思います。 とても快適な滞在でした。

excellent location within the fashion district, 3 mins walk from subway and all within walking distance to the city centre of Duomo. Staff was friendly and helpful, use of spa facilities and pool was immaculate. The restaurant served excellent food till late. Price is on the high side but this is FS. Overall it is exceptional.
