It is a unique 19th century building that has been upgraded. The hostess Virginia was amazing. Her breakfasts were out of this world. It was the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Le B&B était très spacieux. Lit très confortable. Virginie nous a accueilli chaleureusement chez elle. Le petit déjeuner fût délicieux. Situé en face de la mer ou se trouve beaucoup de restaurants.

La struttura è molto bella di grande valore storico: sembra di alloggiare in una residenza estiva di fine '800. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulizia complessiva eccellente. A due passi dal lungomare più bello di Livorno, facilità di parcheggio e grande silenziosità completano il comfort complessivo.

L'accueil, la gentillesse, la prévenance de Virginie est remarquable. Le rapport qualité/prix l'est moins mais sans doute aurait-il plus juste si nous avions réservé directement auprès de la maison, tout en reconnaissant que sans vous nous ne l'aurions sans doute pas connu.

A wonderful place to stay in Livorno!
This is not just a room, but a royal apartment within a palace! The innkeeper is extremely accommodating and breakfast was fabulous! Located across the street from the coastal promenade.

Our host Virginia, was very attentive and always ensuring we were happy with everything, from the accommodations to the grand breakfasts she prepared every morning, to ensuring there were some drinks and treats available in the evening.

Incredible space!
Our stay was incredible. The most beautiful space we ever stayed in. Beautiful outdoor garden, lavish breakfast, ideal and quiet location. Comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. Virginia’s hospitality was beyond compare - if you are traveling to Livorno, it would be foolish to stay anywhere else.

Livorno Palace
An experience you won’t forget! Your staying in a palace of marble and hand crafted mosaic floor tile all built in 1850. The two suites are upstairs so expect a staircase to deal with but expect a jucuzzi tub and the most fabulous homemade breakfast found anywhere courtesy of owner Virginia. It’s a good 3 miles from the heart of downtown so driving is required. There is a couple of “boutiquish” restaurants walking distance and the beach front street may be quite busy in the summer. April was perfect, cool and the windows were closed so for me, nice and quiet.

N'hésitez pas une seconde
Nous avons réservé chez Virginia pour le coté historique du lieu. nous n'avons pas été déçus. la maison est magnifique. Virginia nous a fait visiter sur la mélodie d'un vieux vinyle posé sur le piano. Tous est parfait, la déco, les brownies dans la cuisine, le café offert, la chambre,la literie, la salle de bain, les salons, le moindre de petit objet par- ci par-là...on ne peut pas tout décrire, il faut y aller et même "ça vaut le détour". Que dire du petit déjeuner tout à fait exceptionnel, tout est très bon et préparé avec gout, vous n'arriverez jamais à tout gouter,à tout manger. Il n'y a que 2 chambres, on se sent parfaitement à l'aise, limite chez soi. Un grand merci au professionnalisme de Virginia.

Best in town
Extremely busy beachfront when we arrived so we relaxed in the back garden and were entertained by Misha (little black cat) trying to swing from the parasol. Good restaurants with a few minutes walk but check their opening times as they all seem to close on different evenings. The b&b was lovely. All rooms very spacious and clean.

A lovely b&b
We were just looking for somewhere convenient to stay as it was mid way between some appointments. What a lovely surprise, gorgeous old building. Very welcoming. Massive rooms. Lovely bathroom. Nice bed, and a charming breakfast!
