Kiana,Thanks for the feedback. Apologies for the tv issues- we have had that tv fixed so it is no longer an issue. Our ice machine in the lobby was down for a few days but it is now back operational. Sometimes our front desk has to take a bathroom break or make a room call so that might be why no one was at the front desk at that particular time.
