Keep driving
We only booked this particular hotel because of the rating through here. Huge mistake. It was midnight when we checked in, they do not have the lobby open at that time and the man working last night could not hear a thing I said trying to talk to him through a 2" hole in the glass at my waist level. He didn't hear, comprehend, or acknowledge that I booked this room online and ultimately charged me $20 more than the booking I had already scheduled through hotels.com Beyond that, the pillows were more of a pillow and a half. One of them was really small and neither of them had very much filling. The sink water does not shut off and has a steady steam at all times. The non smoking room we stayed in smelled like stale cigarettes. The towels are grossly stained. The one towel looked like it even had fresh blood-unwashed- on it. Learn from my mistake & just pass this place by.

Hello, Ma’am. Firstly, we had your reservation at our hotel but you never showed up here in Parsons, TN (Deerfield Inn Hotel). We had to do a No Show for your reservation. We think it’s another Deerfield Inn that you stay at. We also got a call from the online booking website about this reservation and upon confirming with them that we didn’t had you checked in on your arrival day, we agreed to not charge the No Show fee as well. We also have the picture of the No Show that we did on the next day as a proof. Thank you.

We stopped to spend the night on our way home to Texas from upstate NY. The woman at the front desk was exceptional! She was friendly, funny, informative, just a pleasure to do business with. Our room was spotless & had 1 of the most comfortable beds we ever slept in . The room has been beautifully updated. Located in a very quiet, safe area. We will always stay here on our road trips to NY.

Stayed two nights with my 11 year old son. We were in town for a nearby dirt bike race and wanted an affordable clean place just to sleep and shower. For the money we were very pleased

I was surprised that the room was in better shape than some of the reviews. The room was cleaned every time we left and fresh towels where left. Bed was comfortable. It was $70.00 a night and very affordable for a quick get away!

3, 77 women trying to get AC to work properly didn't happen even with staff input - 65 degrees on high was only option offered. Beds very high - hard to get in and out of. Electrical plugs didn't work properly. Chose this property after reading glowing reviews - they have to be fake - this is a very old, half-way remodeled property 13 miles from Interstate. Police arrived to deal with a resident just as we started unloading our belongings - anxious about safety. Both young ladies running the property were very nice, attentive and helpful, but this property is more geared for full-time residents or truckers.

We apologize for the inconvenience that you had during your stay. However, our staff tried to help with the AC and they were informed that your room wanted the AC to not go on Auto mode with the mode being set on auto because it was cold for you and with temperature above 75 degrees was going on Auto mode and temperature below 70 was too cold for you. So, our staff suggested you to put the air on Medium with at least 68 degrees for a while to get the room cool for you and after that you could change the settings as per your connivence. And the rooms are completely remodeled including the beds as well; and for the electric plus, you have to turn on the main switch in order for the plugs to work! Moreover, the police that you’ve seen at the property is still staying with his family here! I spoke with the officer and there wasn’t any issue at the hotel, the officer was getting ready to go on the duty. Thank you for the feedback we appreciate it!

We checked in very late after seeing Taylor Swift in Nashville. They were wonderful and accommodating. The room was very clean, and the bed was so very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable room
I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the other reviews made me hesitate. Glad I didn't. We were in Parsons for a nearby funeral. All we did was sleep there. Beds were comfortable. Do wish there was more lighting in the room. Would stay there again.

Bad floor and Uncomfortable Bed.
The floor was coming up all over. :( And the beds were very much worn. My husband and I both rolled to the middle of the bed. Couldn't stay on our sides. :( Bad on the back.

Our contractors checked out early, and the hotel was honest and refunded our card, but the towels were stained and so was the furniture and bed linens.
