My main complaint is dirty linen. Everything was great until we went to bed and pulled back the cover and laid down. The bed was full of direst/sand so obviously the linen had not been changed from the last customer. Totally gross and disgusting!

I am sorry to hear you felt this way about your stay, however this is the first time we at the property are hearing you were dissatisfied, arrangements could have been made to change your room or have housekeeping revisit, our housekeepers are very detailed and linens are changed DAILY for everyone! Please make the property aware of your issues or we have no chance to fix it to post this publicly is very unfair to our business as our reviews drive our sales!! However the Good outweigh the Bad, so thank you for your feedback this will be addressed!!

The young man behind the counter was exceptional. He was courteous and gave good advise on restaurants and even fixed our TV.

It’s a very simple out-dated hotel, but it’s a clean and safe place to shower and lay your head. There are quite a few places to eat within walking distance. One night king size bed was $97 base rate and $110 after taxes and etc which isn’t bad at all. Breakfast smelled good, but I never stopped to see what they had. I’ve stayed on 2 different occasions and when I come back in town in the future, this is the place me and my husband will be staying.

I’m always being charged, when I’ve done nothing wrong… I follow all ur rules, instead of $100 I was only charged $50…. I think I will take my business elsewhere… I’m being targeted and it’s unwarranted

We are sorry to hear that, however you were charged because you smoked inside a non smoking room more than once, the smoke smell was even disguised with a very strong perfume spray, each time you have stayed we have to block off that room and have it cleaned which causes us to lose revenue for several days. We do appreciate your business however we are a NON SMOKING establishment. We have not targeted you at all all we ask is respect for our property and rules!

Our housekeeping staff is on the floor and ready to work each day by 9:30am not before as our check-out deadline is 11am and our arrivals begin at 2pm. We apologize if you were interrupted during your sleep.

Water was never hot only Luke warm, and the amenities were not up to date. Positive note the breakfast was up to par.

Very clean and comfortable Hotel. The staff was very friendly. We would stay again. Our only Con - they were understaffed in the Breakfast Area so the Front Desk person was having to do both - and did a good job. So the breakfast was really a "self serve" affair.

Everything there was very nice. I only had one problem. The beds are so tall I had a hard time getting in and out.

This was my third time staying in Clinton and I am so glad I found this Gem. I really loved everything about this Inn. The location, the staff was excellent, cleanliness, rooms very spacious. I will be back!!!!

I had made reservations for a King and a Queen Double. We had to attend a funeral in the area and the King was for my wife and I and the double was for my 92 year old father-in-law and my wife's brother. When we arrived, I was informed the double was on the second floor and was then informed that they have no elevator. I was not made aware of this ahead of time and saw no notice on the website. There were no other accommodations available. The King room had no option for another bed. We had to carry all the luggage for my father-in-law and brother-in-law up steps and my father-in-law, who has trouble getting around, had to climb a flight of steps to his room. Once settled in, the rooms were nice and the hotel was quiet. Overall, it is a nice place, but be aware that if you have issues with stairs this may not be the place for you.
