넘 좋았어요 일단 뷰가 !! 23층 시티뷰였는데 대박이었고 사진 보고 다들 무슨 전망대 올라간줄 알더라구요ㅋㅋ 방도 깨끗하고 깔끔했음 근데 냉장고에 마실거는 없어요 물만 있음 ㅠ 그래도 전반적으로 매우 만족합니다

We struggled to check in. We emailed to advise the property about our arrival time and were able to drop off our luggage, but when check in time arrived no one was at the office and we had to get someone to help us find staff, which took more time than it should have. We stayed one night and there was an additional security deposit and requirement that we copy our passport. Overall, the property was nice and very well located but not maintained as well as it could have been. Given the additional security deposit, we took some time to document that chips and wear and tear. The poor communication and difficulty checking in were a problem, especially as we only stayed one night and it took up a bit of time during a short visit to the area. We also had to have a staff member visit the apartment to check us out, which made an early morning departure more rushed. Overall, I would not stay here for one night, but the locTion was great for a longer stay and the time required to deal with check in/out etc might be worth it for a longer stay.

I had to book for Web Summit at the last minute, so exploring options other than hotels on Expedia brought me to Panoramic Living. I’m glad it did. I felt like I had a home to go to with kind staff who were way more attentive than a hotel could ever give. Room was impeccable, location fantastic for Web Summit. The 7 minute walk to Moscavide meant I could be down to central Lisbon in minutes.

Modern and New, with a great view!
This place is well away from the historic old neighborhoods of Lisbon. We had a car, so it worked for us. The place is very close to train, subway, and buses. When we needed a taxi or Uber, it was easy (about 8€ to get to Alfama or Beixo). Very comfortable and well-appointed one-bedroom apt on the 22nd floor. Bed was big and comfortable. They do a nice job of supplying you with coffee, toiletries, etc. The kitchen is fully-equipped. If you’re looking for a place away from the madding crowd and close to Humberto Delgado airport, this might be for you.

I felt like cheated bcoz this property came in the list when listed for 2 bathrooms and it said 2 bathrooms while booking but after Che k in I see no 2 bath rooms .More over the management kept sending emails for self check in ,paying deposits online as they will not be available after 11 AM.The worst part they kept sending emails to let them know what time I Che k in.Spent a lot of money but not happy.

Great place to stay with families
A very clean and well equipped apartment and you can get secure parking (£) for Your rental car. I thing that could have been better - there is no ventilation in the bathrooms and the extractor fans aren’t great. The facilities management must look into that.

Booked this place for my family (Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister in law and 2 nieces) for their trip. They couldnt stop raving about it. They loved the area and that it was next to shops and restaurants and convenient to walk around with the kids. They said the place itself was gorgeous and the people that manage the place were so friendly and helpful and made the stay even better. They've told all their friends to stay here if they plan a trip to Portugal, so I would definitely say thats a rave review!

Amazing place!
Incredible stay! From the first moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment is wonderful we get at home immediately. Everything is new and modern and nicely furnished. The view is really nice. The only minor complaint is the location isn’t the best however that wasn’t an issue for us. We had a car and I recommend anyone touring Lisbon to rent a car. This is one of the few cities where it’s better to have a car then use public transit. There is parking everywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo no Panoramic Living. Desta vez, ficamos em um apartamento do tipo "estúdio". Por ter sido só uma noite, o fato de ser quarto-sala-cozinha tudo integrado não incomodou. O apartamento tem um tamanho bom. O atendimento na recepção é sempre simpático, mas o que deixou bem a desejar foi a limpeza. O chão estava empoeirado, tinha uma parafusos na mesa de centro, como se tivessem esquecido lá. Outro detalhe que incomodou foi o horário do check-out, às 11h, o que levarei em maior consideração em uma próxima oportunidade.

Minha reserva foi cancelada sem aviso, unilateralmente, comigo e meu marido chegando de um voo internacional que se atrasou por uma hora. Em função de uma hora de atraso, chegamos com a portaria fechada e sem nenhuma informação. Ficamos ao relento meia noite e meia, sem termos para onde ir. Ao conseguir contatar algum funcionário, soubemos que nossa reserva de 3 dias havia sido cancelada. Um horror que nos prejudicou muitíssimo!

The apartment unit was decent. Area seemed nice but we’re not happy happy about the additional 50 euros for late check-in due to delayed flight despite us notifying them in advance. They should have shared this information prior booking.

El apartamento es perfecto, cocina y espacio suficiente. Está junto a la salido del metro de Oriente, donde fue la expo y hay varios museos cerca. El centro de Lisboa está a 30 minutos. En metro o 12 euros en taxi aproximadamente.

Positivos: O apartamento é agradavel e espaçoso. O ar condicionado é suficiente, cama e lençóis sao de boa qualidade. A limpeza nao deixa nada a desejar. A localização é excelente! Pelo de shopping, aeroporto, supermercados, restaurantes. Negativos: a recepçao nao ser no próprio prédio e o horário de atendimento da recepção nao ser continuo, a atendimento nao ser muito amistoso (talvez seja uma diferença cultural). Eu recomendaria.
