The location was good for the cruise terminal. Room was basic but reasonably priced. The main issue was with the heater/aircon which was loud and kept turning off and on during the night.

Checkin was easy. The staff was there upon our arrival. This hotel has no reception lobby, only a checkin window. Stayed in 2double beds room, better than one queen bedroom. Room is clean, newly renovated. There’s restaurant nearby but Area is far from tourist area and a bit sketchy. Good for one night stay if joining cruise the next day. Long Beach area is a better choice.

Friendly staff who helped get transportation to our cruise terminal the next day. Very dirty A/C unit (filter had thick lint etc on it).

The check in was great, we had no issue showing up late at night. The outside of the hotel looks a little run down. The room looks nice and very modern. Only issue we had with the room was a constant musty smell from humidity. We had to leave the bathroom exhaust on and turn up the heat to get rid of the smell.

Very nice for the price you pay. No carpet in the rooms. Newly renovated. Three piece bathroom. Walking distance to å lot of stuff. Very friendly staff.

Clean and convenient for the cruise ship. Staff was very helpful. Took advantage of the cruise parking deal way cheaper then the at the terminal. Great places to eat within walking distance. In my opinion its was one of the cleanest motel rooms I've stayed in.

Seems like a family run hotel. Very convenient to San Pedro port. Allowed extended parking while on cruise at very reasonable rate.

Room was clean but it was bare minimum. There was no lamp on the night stand. Had to get up to turn the lights on or off. The creamer in the coffee packet was so old that it had turned solid. Towels were old and worn out. They should have replaced them long time ago. Toiletries were bare minimum with 2 packets of shampoo and two small bar soaps. No conditioner and no lotion. Only 2 pillows on the queen bed I will not go back! I like fluffy towels, 4 pillows and lamps on the night stand. I also like to have lotion, shampoo, conditioner provided.

Great owner there to please
Owner was Super Nice. We were staying to Leave on cruise next day. It’s a motel so had no expectations like you would with hotel. But it was very reasonable. Right by port. Let us park there for half the cost of cruise center parking and got us an Uber to take us to ship and told us how to get back. Couldn’t have asked for better service or a nicer guy
