Magnificent!
Our stay was absolutely marvelous. The view was breathtaking and everything was only a couple of streets away. The room was gorgeous in itself and with a groccery store right across the street, everything was at our fingertips. I'd like to kindly thank Christina as well with whom we dealt regarding the details of our stay. She was incredibly helpful and supportive.

Dies ist kein Hotelzimmer, sondern ein Apartment in einem Wohnhaus, Hotelservice ist hier also keiner zu erwarten. Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, die Vermieterin reagierte allerdings sehr professionell und flexibel auf die Beschwerde. Die Lage ist toll und die Aussicht hat was. Während meines Aufenthalts gab Cold Play ein Konzert, das Dach des Roger Centers war offen und ich konnte das Konzert mitgeniessen. Rasch ist man auch zu Fuss am Wasser wie auch im Stadtzentrum. In weniger als 5 Minuten geht man zur Union Station von wo alle 15 Minuten ein Zug zum Flughafen fährt. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

TO Stays
Had to bring luggage around block through construction. room was open and clean, dirty windows but a great experience. Had an alarm go off at 1:30 a.m. on first night, for about 45 min. but had announcements over loud speaker. the owner would answer our call right away and said to call at 1:30 a.m. if we had to. Great place to stay.

Good stay at TOstay
Wedged in a good sense betw CN Tower and Union Station and grocery store. Had laundry and kitchen. Christina a honey. Security guards genial. Only prob for me--- sleepers faced bright digits of clock on microwave oven As anywhere, a few dogs were necessary only to their owners.

Nice condo in a great location!
Nice place! Great location close to the train station and the waterfront. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Being a condo, there was no service to speak of during the stay, but we had everything we needed. The owner communicated well and the "check-in" was easy.

Fantastic place! Location was perfect. Isn't a hotel so it doesn't have services but the amenities were great. Highly recommend especially if only coming in for a ball game or concert.

Union駅から近く、目の前にスーパーなどもあるので便利です。。景色はとてもよく、タワーや野球場が見え、夜景などもとてもキレイでした。　ただ、通常のマンションの１室を貸し出している感じなので、ルームサービスなどは一切ありません レンジ、冷蔵庫、掃除機、洗濯機などが備えてあるので、短期出張などにはおすすめです。

Super location.
This is a comfortable condo with a spectacular view and very centrally located. A big supermarket across the street, a subway/railway station within 5 minutes walking which connects with the airport, a nice waterfront area on one side and historic Toronto on the other side. Good wifi.

The apartment was comfortable and well placed for the office district. But the bathroom wasn't well cleaned and the shower has low pressure and temperature. This may be due to a rather loose mixer fitting. The security personnel in the lobby are not very helpful and seem to consider short term rentals a nuisance. Watch out for the additional cleaning charges that didn't spring off the page when booking through Hotels.com

Toronto visit
Very competetively priced compared to local hotels. It has most of the conveniences of hotels but is missing the atmosphere of a reception/lobby. There is a pool etc and access to shops nearby. The apartment has all the facilities needed to make your stay comfortable, and could be very good for a couple but really is not suitable for 3 adults as the glass room door does not have curtains to provide privacy.The views are direct views of the building across the road and very little waterfront views. Parking eventually turned out to be convenient after paying for visitor parking and then asking the owner for access but it was not clearly outlined in the pre-arrival information. Unfortunately the ventilation system does not allow one to switch off the continuously blowing fans resulting in constant noise at night with 'shuffling blinds' as the vents are overhead. Overall a good safe clean pleasant apartment with parking and in a good location ... if you prefer this type of arrangement over a hotel.

Great Location!
We had an excellent experience at this location! We travel quite a lot but have never tried the condo route vs. a hotel before. In terms of experiencing downtown TO this location couldn't have been better......it was literally steps out the door to the Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, CN Tower and Union Station. There was also a grocery store and LCBO directly across the street.

Fantastic location
Great location. Close to Union Station. Perfect for trip to enjoy downtown Toronto & ACC or Rogers's events. Condo - not a hotel. Kitchen perfect for those looking to do light meals or snacks in the room. Grocery store & Liquor store across the street. Perfect for 2 people on weekend getaway.

Nice Condo right in the middle of downtown
The Condo is nice and clean. The landlord (Christina) is very responsive and friendly. Was able to park in the private underground parking is an added bonus or it will be very costly to park in the downtown Toronto. Will recommend friends to book if they are going to Toronto.

good location that has views.
booked 52 floor roomwith toronto stays which was in good contact and obliging. great views to cn tower, the lake and even, i think, the usa. they let me park in garage past checkout time with no problem. all went smoothly though the parking garage took a little getting used to but not a problem once figured out.

Nice condo, excellent value, poor service
This is a high-rise condo building (12 York St.) that was recently built in Toronto. The unit we had was a nice studio, about 400 sq ft, and was very comfortable. I thought it was a great value in that the unit was mostly functional, parking was free, and it is very well located with a large grocery store across the street and many excellent restaurants very close by. The only drawback is that TO Stays appears to be a collection of non-owner-occupied units that were likely bought as investments and are rented out by a third party, who does not appear to be onsite. Thus, quality suffers a bit. For example, both bedside lamps were difficult to turn on and off because they were clearly extremely cheap, and the switch mechanisms were failing (despite them being less than 2 years old). Also, management relies on the site concierge staff (who work for the building, not for TO Stays) who essentially sit at the front desk and can buzz people in through the doors but don't really do anything else for the guests. Ultimately, this is fine as long as you are self-sufficient and not expecting great service. Ultimately, I felt it was a great value to stay here because I really don't need all the service that comes with staying at a fine hotel, and I appreciated how inexpensive it was to stay here. I would definitely go back, but would not recommend it to someone who wants the service of a nice hotel.

We stayed on the 52nd floor it had the most amazing view of Toronto. This has been our most memorable trip to Toronto and was our most memorable anniversary ever to which I owe all the credit to Christine at TO Stays at 14 York!

Fantastique !
L'appartement est situé au 52ème étage d un immeuble de 64 etages situé en face de la CN tower. La vue est dégagée et donne sur la CN Tower,le Roger center (stade de Baseball) ainsi que sur le lac ontario. La situation est idéale puisque l'appartement est situé à 5minutes à pied de la gare union station qui relie le centre ville à l'aéroport. En ce qui concerne l'appartement la décoration est moderne et soignée. Il dispose du Wifi, de la climatisation et d'une cuisine toute équipée. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour les personnes désirant passer plusieurs jours à Toronto.

TO Stays - will stay again
I was attending a two-night run of concerts at the Air Canada Centre and could not be happier about my stay there. Took the train from YYZ airport to downtown, walked about three blocks, and was at the condo. For my whole trip, I did not need to rent a car or hail a cab. Everything I wanted was either across the street or two to three blocks away. Across the street is a really nice upscale grocery store with an amazing deli selection of freshly prepared meals, sandwiches, and snacks. This was particularly inviting if you're looking to save a little bit of money on meals compared to eating out at the downtown restaurants (which can be a little pricey for standard pub food). The condo itself was new, nice, and clean. While it has only one bedroom, it could accommodate one other guest on the couch, but I probably wouldn't have more than three people there unless you're comfortable sleeping on the floor. Remember, this is a condo, so there are not any extra amenities like a roll-away bed, no cribs, no housekeeping, room service, or anything like one gets in a hotel. I will definitely look into TO Stays in the future if/when I do another event at the ACC or Rogers.

Wonderful Condo With Breathtaking View
I booked this stay for a spring break trip with my significant other. We wanted a comfortable place where we could stay while we spent the week exploring the city. We looked at a few hotels and settled on this stay thinking that access to a kitchen would be extrmemly benificial. Our host Christina was beyond helpful. She made the entire process so easy, giving clear directions to the parking and always responding to emails within a day. Not to mention that when we arrived we discovered our room was not only extremely clean and well kept but the view of the city was breathtaking! The CN tower was right outside of our window and from 52 floors up the city looked phenomenal. I would go through them again if I ever found myself in the area. Best vacation I have ever taken and the room made that a reality.

Loved the place
Our host Christina was exceptionally accommodating. The place was spotless. The location was awesome. Grocery store across the street, aquarium and CNR Tower and Air Canada Centreq all within a five min walk. Sports bar close by, and pizza pizza. I would definitely stay ther my next time in TO. was quieter than hotel.
