This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money

Great value.
Great staff and service. Clean large room with wetroom and safe. Great cheap food on site used by many. Obviously loud area until early hours.

The location is great for party central. This is not a quiet retreat. An excellent sports bar with great management and staff. You are always made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is really the biggest drawcard. Will definitely return here.

Staff were friendly and polite. The management was also very approachable and made me feel welcome. The sports bar had plenty of sports games to watch, and they served both thai and Western dishes which i enjoyed very much. The room was excellent and great value. No doubt i will be back next time. １階はスポーツバー&レストラン
スポーツバーの２～４階が客室になっています。 フロントはバーのキャッシャーも兼ねていて、バーが閉店する１時以降は自分で店の扉の鍵を開けて入らなければなりません。 部屋は古いですが、居心地は悪くないです。立地もいい。 ただし夜は深夜まで向かいのライブバーの轟音が響いてくるので騒音が苦手な人は避けたほうがいいかも。

Good location,friendly staff,good restaurant and bar and nice room with balcony. Only small criticism,not a card system for access to hotel and rooms,so carrying keys around with you when out.

This place was great. Located in the popping new LK Metro area this hotel has great service and and such a friendly staff. Big air con units, refrigerator and big bed. Downstairs is a very active sports bar where the prices are very good and the food served excellent. Lots of smiles nearby and the rooms are big and spacious. I was very happy with my 2 week stay.

I rover's apartment
No good if you want to watch TV or have a warm shower apart from that it's okay place to stay. Food is good and a good price.

Not for the light sleepers
Well this is more of a bar than hotel, and its a 24 hour bar in one of the busiest parts of Pattaya, so there will be loud noise until 4am. The room was spacious and had a balcony to hang clothes and take a beer and enjoy the life in the street. The bar girls are kind of indifferent to hotel guests, as I said this is more of a bar than hotel.

Good budget Rooms. Guest friendly. LK METRO
I-rovers is a solid and affordable choice if you are staying in the LK METRO area of Pattaya, Thailand. The staff are super friendly and easy to communicate with. The vast majority of the staff speak good English, and the hotel is guest friendly.

Solid, reliable place to stay in LK METRO!
Always a good stay here. Great location in the center of LK METRO. Get a room on the backside and the noise of late-night Pattaya will not be a problem.

夜遊び派には最高
LKメトロの中にあるので、夜遊び派には最高の立地です。そして部屋の設備も申し分なく、コストパフォーマンスの高い宿です。1階は同名のスポーツバーになっています。 ただ場所柄、夜は午前3時頃まで煩いので、夜遊びをまったくしない人（そんな人はそもそもパタヤに向いてないと思うけど）は、泊まるべきではないです。午前4時頃から夕方までは非常に静かでよく眠れます（笑）。

Thank you for your review and the opportunity to advise we will undertake a full renovation of our bathrooms after high season concludes (April). However, the issue regarding water supply remains as we are required to truck in water every Dec - Jan period as the water supply from government is insufficient to meet demand.

24 hour availability
The hotel has a 24 hour bar. Food is available nearly 24 hours too. Being a sports bar it has a variety of sports on multiple screens in an air conditioned environment. It also has an outside area for those who prefer the warmer weather. Staff are fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for them. My room was on the first floor and to the rear of the building. I was both surprised and happy with the very minimal noise. On the rare occasion I heard people downstairs it was because the bar was packed and people cheering on their team. I stayed for about 16 days and was very impressed.

In the heart of LK Metro
Great value . Stayed there many times . Nice air con sports bar with good food . Can't beat the breakfast . The guys who run the place - Darrin and co. are very helpful. For the money you pay you won't do any better.

Good value for money, excellent bar with sports tv
Very quiet room even though in Soi LK Metro a busy Soi with many bars and ago agos. The Hotel is mainly a bar with inside and outside with sitting areas serving food and drinks at reasonable prices. Very near 2 baht baht routes so most convenient. Many restaurants nearby. Good value for money.
