Only issue was that the mini-fridge didn't have a freezer divider, and it froze some of our food. Otherwise, we had a good experience. The staff is very nice and courteous, and very helpful.

The room could have been a little cleaner but considering that it was during the eclipse weekend they were under staffed. Normally this time of year they are not filled completely. But everyone was very nice and we had no problems. Good job for the number of people they had.

The parking is divided in two: make sure you don't try to drive a normal car on the truck side; you may get stuck in the mud if you don't. The cleanliness and smell could have been a lot better, but for the price this place was amazing. The staff were helpful and courteous and not intrusive.

Fairly clean but dated. Had a problem with the tv. Staff was very good at getting it figured out. Easy to get along with and very friendly.

The tv was too complicated to operate,,,the tv in the 1st room didn't work at all,,,the tv in the second room was very complicated,,,almost like rocket science,,,the very nice desk clerk even came to the room to help us figure it out but we never did,,,other than that the room was clean and comfortable

I hate writing bad reviews. Literally hate doing it. Im not sure how this facility passed any kind of fire inspection. The outside of the building had regular (non weather rated) metal mc wire exposed in several areas. Inside the room was pretty dirty. Hair everywhere along side mold in the shower/bathroom. The towels had some kind of stain Im sure I dont want to know what it was. The bed was either broken or worn out as the center of it was almost touching the floor. Very uncomfortable. Im not embellishing any of this. It was appalling. The internet was so terrible it wouldnt run netflix. There was only two other cars there so it wasnt overloaded. Very disappointed.

I gave 5 stars because it was a great value for the price. Staff was nice,room was clean,bed was comfy. I would stay again. However we stayed in room 120 and when I was showering i looked up and the shower up above us was leaking down through the ceiling.

Our stay was good. Service was good/friendly staff. Bed was comfy and clean. However, the bathroom had some mold on the wall in shower and there was camoflauge duct tape around the window. Overall, I give it a 5 star rating.

Rooms are NOT as pictured in any way
Arrived late at night, keys given to us wouldn’t work after check in, finally got into carpet stained musty smelling riom. Looks like water line broke and they repaired and did a horrible handiman job. (I’m a union plumbing tech) bathroom and tub and toilet rusted not a soothing clean shower after 14 hr road trip from Kansas City. Bed was very uncomfortable, room and bedding and state of rooms are not as pictured! Room was dingy. Was put into anuther room, very similar condition. One more night so we just slept through it and WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. Room rates were comparable to others online in better shape. This was more of a big budget hotel room. Hallways and room ambient noise was also unpleasant. Woke up many times from other rooms down hall. Again, photos are extremely dated back to possibly opening condition.

Great hotel at a great price.
Great basic hotel close to the Highway. Easy in easy out. Great breakfast was included and the breakfast area was checked, cleaned and refreshed regularly. Contact with the employees was professional and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Checkout was the same. Not the first time we have stayed here and won't be the last. The pricing was great as well. We needed a place to land, sleep and eat and this was perfect for us.

Jacuzzi didnt work
The whole reason i booked was for the jacuzzi. It took over an hour to fill due to super slow water pressure, so the hot water kept running out an by the time it was 1/2 way filled to even get in it was freezing.

Our original room smelled like cat pee. They switched us right away to another room. The breakfast is all bagels, muffins, nutrigrain bars, some yogurt, cereal, etc. The room was dusty, tiny, and fine... nothing too special.
