청결하고 깨끗하고 뷰가 좋았던 숙소

숙박시설은 상당히 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 단 아쉬운점은 한국인에 대한 서비스(DVD,의사소통)는 조금 부족한건 사실입니다. 주변에 음식점 및 카페는 없습니다. 오직 호텔에서 운영하는 시설만 이용 가능한 곳입니다. 빠통 비치에서 조금 떨어져 있으며 가는길은 언덕길이 많아 툭툭이보단 택시 이용 추천

many thanks for your recent stay and feedback. the majority of our guests do not experience wifi issues as evidenced by the reviews of the property however there can be isolated outages at times that cause inconvenience to our guests - we accept that they are frustrating if they occur. We loved the private pool that we rent for this week. Nice staff, always helpful. Not so many restaurants nearby. And payment for the shuttlebus.. small gym but it worked for me. Overall a great week.

The property was great however there was one challenge. The pool closes at night at 10 , but on all nights except for the first night, there were families with kids in the pool at 12am and one night it was 1am. I was awakened by the playful screams of small children. This was the most uncomfortable experience here. The parents were in the pool with the children because you could see and hear the kids say daddy. The property was amazing for the price which is why I still scored it high.

Great hotel in Phuket a bit away from the crowds. Everything was excellent, only complaint would be the reception was never manned and you had to call/text the receptionist every time you went there for anything. Really recommend the pool access room :)

Location is a bit far from stores and restaurants. You have to take a taxi or shuttle to town. On the flip side, it is nice and quiet. The proximity to Merlin beach is a big plus. Staff are very friendly. There was a problem with my booking but staff did their utmost to resolve and I was upgraded. I had to switch rooms twice but the room will now have a sea view. Tours were arranged for me which was a big benefit.

Massive Disappointment

A massive disappointment considering cost $$$$$$. Well appointed 3 bedroom apartment......BUT 1. Both showers fluctuating from high pressure to low pressure and from boiling hot to cold....extremely unsafe especially for children requiring us to bathe them with buckets 2. No internet connection 3. Inadequate ventilation resulting in continuous odours 4. Generally, resort poorly maintained, with pool slide in total disrepair disappointing children. All requests to rectify problems were unsuccessful and then demanded we pay for accidental breakage of one small glass. Tone deaf and arrogant behaviour!!

This is the first place we stayed at in Phuket and we enjoyed it, we didn’t spend to much time at the resort though. I did find the bed quite uncomfortable and location is a bit far from downtown Phuket but the taxi right in-front if the hotel were very helpful ! Food was good but a little expensive compared to other restaurants!

This is a stunning property and the view from our balcony made it so that we didn't need or want to go anywhere else. Absolutely post card gorgeous. It's hard to tell how things are when you book online and I wasn't digent to read enough about each property. The access to Merlin beach here is the hotel one but I would have appreciated a direct straight access to the beach, this was a five minute walk outside the premises which in itself is not bad but the beach access is clearly the one of the Marriott so technically you feel like you're crashing their cabana, their chairs, their bar etc.... Other than that, this resort was beautiful and clean and spacious and absolutely luxurious.

Fantastic facilities. Well appointed but for me just a little to far from Patong. Courtesy shuttle however was great. Great breakfasts , quiet location. Rooms, spotless, modern & house keeping first class. Highly recommend this property

Love the location needs air conditioning in reception not very nice standing waiting when it’s so hot and the poor staff must be so uncomfortable

1. Extra bed I’ve booked a 1 bedroom unitbefore the virus outbreak. 1 of my friends has to drop out because of the recent development. Ive contacted the hotel to see if we can downgrade the booking but they've refused. When I first arrived I ask them to provide the pull out couch for the 2nd day. The next day after house keeping the bed was still not set up so I asked them again. They then questioned why I need the pull out couch when I only hv 2 people, when my booking explicitly said 1king bed and 1pull out. While my original booking was for 3 people, they changed the booking for 2 people but didn’t refund the surcharges for the extra person (they didn’t however do a price match due price drop) and still question my motives for asking for the extra bed. 2. Plastic bag I asked front desk for a plastic bag so I can pack my wet clothes. They said they are cutting down plastic due to environmental policies, which I understand. However I told them that they are using plastic bags for the bins anyway, so can just give me one of those. They then told me to contact house keeping myself. I walked bk to my room, on the way I saw house keeping and asked the lady if I can get a garbage bag. The housekeeper (was very nice) and told me that she only look after only certain room on the property but not hotel rooms, I would need to contact Absolute instead. So in the end, I had to remove the plastic bag from the bin to put my wet clothes. Which is very silly...

Many thanks for your review, as you will be aware the booking you made is non refundable this means that the rates booked are non refundable nor does the price change after booking. In regards to the sofa bed there should not have been a question from our staff about your preference on the bed and for that we apologise and we will talk to the staff again about this, I think its fair to confirm the bed set preference with the customer, but then once they state the preference there is no need to discuss further - they should complete the wishes and this is our usual standard. Again on the binbag matter this is unusual but should not have happened as its again a reasonable request. I can quite understand that those niggles were frustrating and affected the experience, and it is the same for me - we will discuss thoroughly with the teams again. Regards, Tom Darby

Great stay with friends

Room with pool access was for sure the highlights and a super unique treat, especially if you have friends as nieghbours.... can be more generous with towels. Toiletries very pitiful but condition of room, service, location, free shuttle to Patong were all good offers !

The miniature bottles have now been replaced by pumps to avoid single use plastics and is common to Phuket hotels who are phasing out single use plastics wherever possible. Regards, Tom Darby

What a fabulous resort. Stayed for 3 days although would definitely stay longer next time. There is free shuttle bus to Patong every hour around from 1130 to 2130. We had a poolside room which was spotless. The pool was amazing also with a slide!

Comfortable and great staying place

What a wonderful place abd location. Closed to beach and close to 24hrs shopping store. Fun full place for kids witb swimming pull and slide.shuttle service is good but required more times as limited space in bus so more trips will be required. Really enjoyed our time at resort. Highly recommended place.

We loved this hotel, we found the staff to be friendly, the pools were amazing especially the swim up bar. The rooms were awesome and cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. The blue mango restaurant was well priced and the food was beautiful. We had rhe buffet breakfast added to our package and that had a wide variety of food to choose from every day! The shuttle bus to Patong was very handy! Our overall experience was amazing !

All staffs are very friendly with welcome smile. The infinity pool is excellent, there are three pools for you to choose. Blue Mango restaurant is good, especi the buffet breakfast. The Kitchen restaurant has so much rooms for them to improve their pizza.

Had a really pleasant 7night stay at this property and enjoyed everything on offer..from the amenities and the service from the staff, to breakfast and even the free ice creams :)
