Nice hotel for thousand islands cruising.
It's a great hotel to look around thousand island. It takes about 5 minutes. All the facilities were as described.

great location off the 401; walkable to Tims, Starbucks, Grocery, pharmacy, canadian tire. Great staff, room clean, quiet.

The front desk staff were amazing. I really felt at home and they actually really cared about myself and the kids stay. Helpful, professional and everything is within walking distance. Clean sheets and bed/pillow very comfortable.

We choose this particular hotel as it was close to the arena we had a hockey tournament at. The room was a typical hotel room. It could have used a bit more of a cleaning as there was spiderwebs hanging from the lamp, hair in the bathoom on the floor, shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty. The breakfast was amazing, omletes, sausage (turkey and pork), hashbrowns, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and cereals, toast and make your own pancakes. There was lots of parking and we easily found a space. The hotel was decently quiet even with several large groups of hockey players staying over.

Good overall, beds are great! breakfast is good by modern highway hotel standards. only pain - there were 4 kids hockey teams at the hotel so it was noisier; but adults were worse with gab-fest in the halls at 1045pm, even after front desk call - I shouldnt have had to be telling them to GTB. haha. But definite will return

It was a nice hotel, very spacious. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly. It looked like a few holes were patched up in our room, but besides that the room was nice.

This is a great hotel for families. The kids had a great time in the pool. The hot breakfast in the morning was delicious. Best of all were the staff who were helpful, checked us in early and quickly, and everyone was very friendly. Thanks for the stay.
