The room was clean & appeared newly remodeled - floors & paint - and had a pleasant floral aroma, and wonderful wall art! The bed was comfy, with lots of pillows, and the love seat was very soft to sit on. The room had a great heat/air unit that worked great & was quiet. It also had a refrigerator, a built-in tissue holder; a coffee maker with a coffee pod, creamer, sweetener options & a stir stick; soaps & hair products, and towels. The only things lacking in the room were: 1) the two light bulbs for one lamp in the room (the one right inside the door), but there were several other lighting options, just not that one). I only mention this because of the electric safety risk & lack of immediate lighting for entry. 2) There was no plug for the bathtub - I LOVE tubs! (I don't have one at home)... Also, the breakfast offered was minimal, as in: The waffle batter was all gone. Also, the choices of 2 great cereals was there, but no milk - so I ate it dry with my coffee - thank you for the coffee tho!! Also, there was evidence of previous muffins or something similar - I guess I was just too late; and no fresh fruit or juice. Granted, I got there at 9 AM, while the breakfast was to end at 9:30 (and started at 6:30 AM. Generally, it was a sufficiently pleasant stay, though. It sure saved me from driving for hours out of Dallas to get home in the middle of the night!!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE the room floor hadn't been cleaned in months. There was dead bugs in ever corner and the floor was so sticky your shoes stuck to it. Also, the shower head was broke and beds felt like cement blocks. Notified clerk on duty and nothing was done. Told the lady in the morning at desk about our issues and got no where.

Bed was the best part. The couch looked like they got it out of a garage sale. We had to request a bed sheet to cover it just to sit on it. Also, the sink and tub would drain very slowly. We requested a maintenance visit, but it seems they don't have it. They said they would use Drano, but that didn't work.

There was no stopper in my tub, asked the lady at the counter for one she said that she would get me one. We were ther for four days and 3 nights never got it.

It’s convenient location was good. I didn’t like that there was not a sofa sleeper and that their website says “breakfast” yet all their was was honeybuns and instant oatmeal. Not much of a breakfast to me.

Not great.
The room did not match the description on Hotels.com. The bathroom and towels were not the cleanest. Found a few bugs, but part of that is just being in the Dallas area. Beds were not very comfortable. Not really worth the cost, could have stayed down the road cheaper. Service was ok.

It was bug infested talk to the manager about it they would not compromise the price of the room because Was not booked with them.

NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
The room smelled like URINE as soon as you open the door. The bathtub and bed had HAIR in and on them. Around the tub they had MOLD and the front desk clerk was VERY RUDE.

Just okay for me.
I was only there for a few hours due to getting there late. Everything was okay except for all of the hair I found in the bed. It was on the pillows, the mattress, the covers. Yuck! The lady who checked me in was cool but I just need them to do better in checking those sheets.

Ac wasn't the best, breakfast was far from basic hotel breakfast, I suggest going to cracker barrel or waffle House for breakfast. Front desk employee was mildly pleasant.

I spent 4 nights. Worked all day, came back to a nice clean room every night. Located with plenty of choices to eat and shop, also easy access to the Hwy. I will be staying here again. Highly recommend!!

The room was beautiful, and the staff friendly. We had problems with the bathroom, but they fixed the problems quickly. We kept getting bugs in the bathroom and near the entrance door, but there is nothing that can be done about that. It was Texas. We had a handicapped room. The only thing we wish was that there was a chair for him to sit on in the tub.

Worst Stay Ever
Floor was unlevel and we were on the second floor. The staff was rude and would even look up to answer a question. The AC went out one day and had to be reset by the office with a switch they control. Lastly, you know it’s bad when a 8 year old says that his back hurts because the bed so bad.

All in all it was a very good hotel,I had 1 thing I didn't like,the toilet was to short for a person with a hip replacement to bend when sitting down. It's only 16 to 18 inches tall in rm 219

No restroom in lobby, it’s for staff only. I was able to convince staff of my emergency. You have turn water to toilet on then off. No towels. The room had had a creepy door inside bath room. Cigarette burns on sheets. The beds feel like a brick slab. No guide on or for tv. Spent over 20 mins trying to find CNN. No luck. Oh! And they sell their hotel room lamps in the lobby, if you really just fall in love with the one in your room. You can purchase one for your home or office. Kmsl!

Was skeptical but this little hotel is pretty good. Room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping wasn't as friendly but the lady behind the counter was very polite. Affordable place, I liked it and I'll definitely come back.
