well... it was okay... generally okay with good concept and good location but the room is so tiny and could see a bit of dust on shelves and mattress (i understand though. it would have been tough to clean the room). it felt like i was in a cyber space due to slowly color-changing lights. i would stay again if i'm really on a budget.

바로 앞 시장이 좀 복잡하고 사람이 많아서 무섭긴함. 직원이 굉장히 친절해서 기분이 좋았음. 가족이나 혼자 여행오면 최고일듯. 지나가면서 본 암스테르담 호텔이 다 별로라 여기가 엄청 좋아보임. 샤워시설은 5성은 무슨 그냥 공동 샤워시설임. 군대 생각남

트램역 근처라 위치는 좋았고 스탭도 다들 친절하고 위생상태도 좋았으나 다른 캡슐호텔도 그렇듯이 방음이 너무 안되어서 조금 불편했어요

추천합니다! 친구 또는 연인 둘이서 오면 좋을 것 같아요
트램정거장에서 걸어서 3분 거리에 있어서 위치도 좋았고 근처에 알버트하인도 있습니다! 무엇보다 건물과 숙소 내부가 정말 깨끗했어요! 화장실 및 샤워실도 정말 깨끗했고 뜨거운 물 잘 나오고 extra towel도 준비되어 있었습니다 고데기하고 드라이기도 준비되어 있었어요... 샴푸와 바디샴푸 그리고 비누도 rituals 제품으로 있어서 너무 좋았어요! 한 가지 아쉬운점은 캡슐 내부가 좁아서 짐이 많으신 분들은 좀 불편하실 것 같아요... 스탭들도 매우 친절했습니다

의외로 나쁘지 않았다
일단 직원분들이 정말 정말 정말 친절하시다. 체크인이 3시던데 일찍 가도 짐 맡길 곳과 안락하게 쉴 곳이 있어서 좋다. 여자 혼자 가도 안전한 호텔이고 17번 트램만 타면 중앙역과, 공항까지 5분 걸리는 기차역에 갈 수 있음. 중앙역, 공항 둘 다 20분 내외로 걸리니 접근성은 나쁘지 않은 편. 마지막 날이라 엄청 허둥대고 말도 횡설수설 이상하게 했는데 찰떡같이 알아듣고 공항 가는 길 메모지로 차분하게 알려주신 직원분에게 1차 감동. 고데기 잃어버렸는데 3시간만에 해외배송 붙여주신 직원분께 2차 감동. 정말 최고로 감동스럽게도 포켓 와이파이까지 지급해주신다. 덕분에 길 하나도 안 헤메고 쇼핑하고 왔어요. 샤워실이 좁아서 조금 불편하긴 한데 그냥 내가 불편하게 쓴 것 같음. 깜빡하고 수건을 놓고와도 앞에 자율적으로 가져가게 놓여져있어서 민망스러운 일은 피함. 잘 때 약간 누가 쿵쾅대며 뛰어다니던데 그런 소음이 있었던 것만 제외하면 10점 만점에 10점. 주변에 시장도 서는데 내 우산 망가진거 보고 엄청 에에게~ 하고 놀리시던 아저씨들 덕분에 좋은 추억 남겨간다... ....^^

깨끗하고 침구가 좋은 호텔
깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 생각보다 좁게 느껴졌는데 캡슐 호텔이기 때문에 그건 감안을 해야될거 같구요. 다른 호텔들과는 다르게 포켓와이파이를 제공해주어서 들고 다니면서 매우 유용하게 사용하였습니다.

Hosts are very kind and a room is very comfortable. One of my favoriting was a shower room because I could use towels as we can and very clean.

Was amazing! So clean and quiet, the facilities were so clean and tidy and they even have a cute black kitty! Deffo recommend :)

Very great property super helpful had a very good stay could walk to the local market and got to the local trams with no problem and the staff were very helpful with any questions I had as well as very welcoming had no issues what’s so ever would highly recommend this for anyone especially if you’re solo traveling and want a more private but affordable place

This hotel was a great weekend stay. The safe we’re extremely great, everything was clean and the area was very walkable. Rooms are small and was challenging with a lot of stuff, but there are additional lockers available. Would recommend and will definitely consider staying in the near future.

Very nice place. Clean, nice shared bathrooms and cosy pods. Staff were friendly and the place had everything we needed. Was overpriced for what it is though, if it was cheaper it would have been perfect!

I’ll start with the staff. Every single member we met treated us like old friends, yet remaining professional at all times. Always a friendly smile, always willing to help in any way they can. I’ve never witnessed customer service like it, just fantastic. Secondly, the location is brilliant. 5 min walk from the tram to get into the centre, straight forward, right opposite and have cooperation with the Breakfast Club which, is also amazing. The cleanliness of the pods, toilets, showers and communal area was 10/10. Fresh towels were readily available and because my partner and I are hot sleepers we needed a fan - within minutes of request it was outside our door. The showers are waterfall showers, an actual pleasure to use. We’re avid campers so seen some real nasty ones in our time ;-) there were hair dryers and shampoo/ body wash available for everyone. I cannot fault it. We are going to return. We loved every second of it and have already recommended it to work colleagues and friends!

Don't skip the opportunity
I loved the concept of this hotel, the convenient location, the staff was great and super supportive, they also have a black cat that hangs out in the living room and is super cute. I think this place is the best for Solo traveling and would come back again!

Nice, tidy and quite noisy
Great place if you're young, carefree and not at all sensitive to noise. This is essentially a somewhat more sheltered hostel bunk bed experience. It's a nice, neat, tidy space and the staff is friendly and professional. Everything's great really, except that you must not be sensitive to noise - people talking, people laughing, doors slamming etc. It can all be heard as if they were in the same room more or less. For me this made the experience one that I would not want to repeat, but I'm admittedly sensitive to noise and perhaps too old for this kind of hotel/hostel.
